This course has a Medical Science major www.ecu.edu.au/degrees/courses/bachelor-of-biomedical-science/unitset?id=MAAALJ&crsCd=K05 which we recommend to students interested in pursuing medicine. This course is not accredited with any accrediting body, but will allow you to be prepared for the GAMSAT gamsat.acer.org/ which is required to enter Medical School in Australia.

Do you have to go to university to be a midwife?
Hi, thanks for contacting ECU! At ECU we offer two pathways to becoming a midwife. The first pathway is our double degree; the Bachelor of Science (Nursing)/Bachelor of Science (Midwifery), and the second is undertaking our Bachelor of Science (Nursing), followed by the Master of Midwifery Practice.
