I wish i could be there for all these ppl. Listen, in life we live and we learn. The mistakes we make don't define our character, learning from them do. Life is weird in a way, you can look at a person and admire everything about them, but even if you do they most likely won't think the same of themselves. You guys are like butterflies, you have your own beautiful wings but you can't see it. I'm sure a stranger would look at you and admire the way you laugh, the way you care about others, your beautiful eyes, the way your soul shines brightly. You have a purpose, it is all about finding it. It gets better I swear. I never thought I'd be here where I am today, but look at me. You can do it too. Life gets busy for everyone and we each have our own problems which is why it gets hard to show up 24/7 for someone else's problems, but that doesn't mean nobody cares. In fact, many people do. Even strangers. Many people find it hard to be present in the lives of so many people, but that doesn't mean they don't think about them. Walking in a busy street, and they hope to see your face. The little things about the way your expression lights up when you're happy. Every single thing has an impact. Another person is thinking of you. I love you.
I’ve been in the same state as the first guy; dreaming about dying, particularly going to sleep never to wake up again. I’ve made a plan on how to die peacefully. It was basically overdosing certain medications by 16x the maximum dose per day. These meds would make me very sleepy and after 40 minutes either my lungs or heart would fail and I would die in a sleep, without any pain. The day I almost did it was really terrible for me. The only thing that saved me was my father, who entered my room and started calming me down and talking to me before I could begin shoving these pills up my throat. I decided to do it next day… …luckily I never tried it again. Since that day my state started was slowly improving, and after 4 months of SNRI therapy I finally went back to pre-depression state. It was the worst hell I’ve even been through. Some people weren’t that lucky and succeeded in taking their own lives. We need to stop killing ourselves. Something has to be done. Imagine the painful emotions of your parents finding you dead in your bed or anywhere else. Educate yourself on mental health; perhaps one day you may save someone before it’s too late.
This is a message from me to people who can relate If someone is making fun of you, dont listen to them. You are appreciated by everyone and loved. the people who are keeping you down is most likely being kept down by other people. Hopefully, this cheers you up.
