If... ...it had ever been finished. The bare, unsightly concrete surfaces look as if the builder overextended themselves and then suddenly ran out of money. A house couldn't possibly be more embarrassing. I really don't understand when architects will finally learn that bare concrete is the ugliest design element imaginable. It reminds me of the boom period before 2008, when many houses were built and then, when the crash came, they suddenly couldn't be completed. The miserable concrete skeletons stand to this day, blighting the landscape. That's definitely not something you want to be reminded of when living in such a wonderful house with warm, cozy wooden floors and fantastic travertine walls, only to then have to look at this sad ceiling structure. The exterior impression isn't much better. In the drone shots, you can see that the lower floors are still clad in dark gray. But on the upper floors, you can see the awful gray concrete. Only the bedrooms have been fitted with a decent ceiling. At least you don't have to face that dreary sight first thing in the morning. The first thing I look at in a house is the floors and the materials used. The second thing is the ceilings. What a terrible contrast this is in this house. I really don't understand the architect.

Sensational home, definitely has the wow factor, BUT…..?? The only issue for me is when you bring home groceries you have to carry them down the stairs with no handrails ….?? An internal lift would make this home top of its class, just like the presenter, always got class and style…. Great job young lady 👍

The house looks nice, but I'm finding it challenging to actually move in. For instance, how would I go about cleaning these windows? When they get dirty, it's going to be an eyesore. Even the range hood is made of glass - I don't think it will look very nice once it starts accumulating splatters of oil.

First I thought the toilet situation in the 2. bedroom was bad but after watching it a second time the toilet in the first bedroom is even worse it's not even covered with glass in an open bathroom. On top of that you can't even lock the bedroom door. Also no garage and no bathtub?
You are nice to look at and listen. But the house doesn't feel like a home and is upside down, living room downstairs. So big lobby at entrence like in a museum, wasted space and like it wasn't enough all concrete.
That's indeed an amazing house, but have you ever thought about the fact that owning it would be to live the experience for only a glimpse in time? Without immortality and eternal youth, eventually the experience of having that beautiful house will end. What would it really represent without eternal youth, immortality and perfect health? And having direct contact with God and people in Heaven and mastering the super-sexuality and vigor, apart from having the house, would make things even better!!! There are a few hints about what i'm talking about in my profile ;)
