Beautiful finishes with exquisite materials used and whoever buys that property is 1 rich and lucky son of a gun with expensive tastes. The up keeping of the property would be expensive yet being a solar powered property (even if it's partially solar), it would help alleviate the burden in cost(s) 🥰

Question, on one side there is a neighboring house, on the other side the plot is still empty. Can someone build there or is it protected land? If can build, you will be very very close to the neighbours, as the house is as wide as the plot itself. Ps, some really nice modern house on the background, higher up the La Concha mountain. In the master bedroom i would make a rotating platform under the bed/lounge area, so that by the push on a remote i would turn the bed 180 degrees to watch tv from bed or in the daytime have the lounge area facing the windows. Now that would be aaaamaaaziiing. 😂😂😂

Incredible house. Stunning in every aspect, and the roof terrace is just insane. Staff quarters a bit cramped but maybe there's room to have a separate staff quarters building which I would prefer, and likely the staff too. Your channel, your rules but I just want to say I'm no fan of Patrick talking over Dominik so much and especially these constant "corrections" gets annoying to listen too. Dominik got this, no-one cares if he formulates a sentence mildly wrong. I get that it's meant to be witty but it could be done better. See Producer Michaels house tours where he interacts with his camera man Adam Swords which displays a nicer language between them and a better flow. Also Enes and his camera guy nails this. That said I still love to see your videos of course, you're doing a great job.

Love the outdoor area that seems to be the sales point in the Spain properties. The kitchen area quite nice also.
