After calling the client asking for a details. Client told us send project details in WhatsApp. What should I do that time ? If I refuse to send then client told me , without details how can I come to the site?
Sanat ji, many time clients raise many objections like, your flats are very costly, then he talk about other project in the same location and their prices, then he ask for flat in the front side on first or second floor which are already booked , and he don't want to go on higher floor. In such a case ,it is very difficult to understand his real objection. How we can identify whether he is real buyer or just passing out time
