I have been to Buffalo and Niagara Falls back in 1990. I went with a friend to Niagara Falls for his sister's wedding. Most of the people there were not very fond of Californian's, they thought they were Rich Snobs, but I thought Niagara Falls was very nice. It is Sad! because I just flew back from Guadalajara, and Mexico City, and both cities are booming. Especially Guadalajara, now that it is the Silicon Valley of Mexico. High Rise Condo's and beautiful Homes for sale there very modern and nice, with Guadalajara having so much Greenery. Now I see why many Americans are moving there. Close to a Million in Mexico now.

My city in Alberta has well over a million people and we have a large river with a massive River valley along with dozens of huge treed parks throughout that are utilized year round. A few hours down the highway are the Rocky Mountain National Parks. Yup, there are still untouched rainforests and huge low populated areas in the north and where the Canadian Shield is so the majority of the 40 million population is definitely in the southern half, very livable and tons of space though!

I also love how it talks about Buffalo as being a coastal city that is at risk of rising sea levels when Buffalo is nowhere near a coastline. The shores of Lake Ontario and Lake Erie do not count as a coast, as they are LAKES, not seas. Should sea levels rise high enough, I think the Canadian government is smart enough to build a large dyke system on the St. Lawrence river to prevent of its major cities from being submerged. If you know anything about geography, you would know that such a dyke system would consequently protect cities like Buffalo as well.

We live in Memphis since 1993 and have NOT been bothered by crimes you mentioned in your report: break-in, theft, car-park theft, gun crime or other violence. It all depends on where you live in Memphis. I would say 90% of Memphis neighborhood is as safe as any other city in the country. Police in Memphis is particularly friendly and helpful. I am an elderly Asian American. I wrecked a sheriff cruiser few months ago near downtown and my car was not in driving condition. The Memphis police came, helped me call a tow-truck, gave me a ride home and issued me the least traffic ticket. You can't find a better city than Memphis where the police force is so friendly and helpful. Elon Mask is planning to build a Super AI computer center in Memphis in the near future. We have world-known large business headquarters like FedEx, International Paper, Auto-Zone, St Jude Children Research Hospital, etc, in Memphis. If you don't know much about the facts of cities, please don't try to mislead people and smear the reputation of cities and the people live there.
