  • On the third and fourth days of the second month of the Year of our Lord 2025... Well, we just kept going, man. Although I'm not sure if I want to maintain 30 minutes of intentional exercise, or to increase it... or, maybe to increase my daily step requirement by at least 2000 steps just so these workouts don't count?
    Or maybe I should go the other way and actually fix my damned physical and mental intake? There's just so much at stake here, and I really should keep telling myself (1) to watch what I take in, and (2) to truly understand that the comfort zone is a dangerous place.
    There's something - It isn't comfort that I should be seeking. I know I'm always at rest, no matter what.
    Also, while I'm on the random anecdotes:
