    You see and this is why people fail. They are too focused on others instead of themselves. I've been guilty of this too but once you realize that Usain wasn't ever focused on anyone but himself he executed his race to his perfection. My father used to tell me this when I was younger when I ran Track & he was right. Forget everyone else & focus on yourself & no one else. This is exactly why people fail.

    It's not food that makes Jamaicans sprint. It's genes. Blacks scattered all over the world have their origins in WESTERN parts of Africa where people are genetically Strong, very positive attitude s and great personalities and confidence. They also sprint....Nigerians and Ivory coast have always represented Africa internationally in sprints and even football. That explains why best sprinters come from USA (African Americans), Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Bahamas, ...and all are blacks eg Michael Johnson, Noah Lyles, Bolt, Frater, Blake, Greene, and females like flo Jo, Gayle, Marion Jones, Elaine, Ottey, Asher Smith of Britain, ouhurugu (who is Nigerian), Naser...also Nigerian running for Bahrain. The Eastern parts of Africa like Kenya, Somalia, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Eritrea produce middle and long distance runners.... Like Mo Farah who represents Britain, Bekeles Kajelicha, Gabreselasie, etc (Ethiopia); Rudisha, late Wanjiru, Kemboi, Eliud, Tergat, the legendary Kipchoge (Kenya) and female greats like Dibaba sisters, Ayana (Ethiopia), Ndereba, Obiri, Kipyegon, Edna, Beatrice ( Kenya). South Africans are all round: they run middle distances well...Van Kierker, Mutola, and also sprint Fred Franklin etc

    • @PaulisInclusion

      BETSY SINDANI isn’t it true that black peoples have different bone length or muscle placement in their legs than white people or asian people? Isn’t that why black people typically have smaller calves? Their calves are higher up and built more for running and agility I think. I don’t remember what I read maybe you know.

      I think something similar a lot:
      There are so many talented athletes, but what if they didn't pick their very best event or sport for them.
      Obviously, happiness comes first. But imagine if Michael Jordan had picked baseball instead, from the very start, he would've been great, no doubt, but would we have been as great? Would we have been able to appreciated his artistry in the air or skills the same way?
      If Bolt grew up in the states, he might have picked basketball or football....something typically more lucrative and popular.....would he be a legend still?

    Ato Boldon "Usain Bolt has pretty much rewritten everything that we thought we knew, about world class sprinting".. No truer statement.... "Most gifted or graceful"?? That's open to debate or interpretation. Even by Michael Johnson's breakdown of Usain's sprinting in another video, clearly shows Usain's technique is far from txt book ~ Michael highlights that Usain's shoulder sways from side to side which equates to loss of efficiency. This is by no means to take anything from Usain, his techniques works for him and also Usain worked up the ranks in a nice steady fashion. Yes the man is strong but he worked very hard & steady.

    • @biggalaxy9102
      @biggalaxy9102 2 года назад

      Michael has been criticized for things he supposedly knows about & thinks he knows. MJ is very bias & negative in a lot of instances. I personally wouldn't take everything he says as law. He obviously knows a lot about sprinting but he doesn't know why UB was so fast. UB was fast bc he put the work in & mastered his body. He also had an outstanding coach.

    I think Gatlin will win considering lyles is not running 100m and coleman might be out as well
