Random select truly is an underrated thing in fighting games.
It’s like gacha, but way less taxing on your expenses and it doubles as a knowledge check on the character you got!

@12:33 This game reminds me that Rugal does Mad damage with his gigantic pressure (whose level 3 does more damage than an unedited deadly rave which is crazy) but he is being held back by poor normals for poking/keeping himself from being poked to oblivion.
If Rugal only had better normals and a Genocide cutter that is as useful as an anti-air say as Sagat's Tiger uppercut or at least as useful as it is in KOF coupled with his already mad damage, here, then Rugal will be a force to be reckoned with and will be a tournament contender.

    BAS.
    The Alpha 3/CvS2 legend.
Little known FGC fact about BAS, his team took down Daigo Umehara's team for the second national championships in Alpha 3, making him the first person (together with his two teammates) to beat Daigo at a japanese national tournament after he ascended to god status in the arcades, alot of people have beat Daigo since but BAS is the only one to beat him at his very peak.
    Japanese National Tournaments:
    1991 - SFII:WW - Kioyofuji (Guile)
1992 - SFII:CE - Tachikawa (Claw) [The Japanese Tomo Ohira]
1993 - An SNK fighting game - Don't know who won or what game they played.
1994 - SSFII:T - FOOsuke (DeeJay) [The Japanese Dhalsim player who made "The 48 Killing Arts of Yoga"]
1995 - Vampire Hunter - Oh Nuki [First tournament that Daigo entered, he didnt make it out of his block]
    1996 - SFA2 - Oh Nuki (Chun Li)
    1997 - Vampire Savior - Daigo Umehara
    1998 - SFA3 - Daigo Umehara (Gouki)
1998 - SFA3 World Championships vs Alex Valle - Daigo Umehara (Gouki)
    1999 - SFA3 Teams - BAS's team won [Huge upset]
