In fact, if not for society and the messed up rules, I'd jog and work top free all summer long, only wearing halter tops and sports bras either to go in stores or to do extremely heavy workouts when my breasts get tender during the month. And I'd wear just a normal collared shirt to work.

+14freckles14 Its very common for runners actually. Runners Nipple. When they do 5K races, the shirts move so much over the nipple, it causes them to bleed. This is just the guys who are used to having their nipples rub against clothes. So imagine what happens when women do it....and when their nipples are move sensitive to the feeling because usually they are protected. But yes, you can get pasties, nipple guards, even tape and that will do the trick.

when I began wearing bras at around 10 or 11 I HATED! the feeling of wearing them! so I stopped wearing then until like 12 cuz my coconuts became a bit too big and I hated the jiggle jiggle and nips slip so I had to wear them. I tell you this;nothing can compare to sports bra! sports bra is life!

You don't need to have small boobs to go braless!!!! I am a 32E and can also fit into a 32DDD and I got so fed up with bras. I could never find my size and when I did they cost like an arm. Taking care of bras is a lot of work. My bras wouldn't last more than a year. Lastly my body just wasn't comfortable in them. So at the age of 21, I got my nipples pierced and decided to go braless for good. Best decision I have made. I'm so comfortable and I'm saving money. It definitely catches peoples attention but you just gotta not care about what they think. It's been almost a year without bras and I'm happy and freeeeeeeeeeeeee! Boobs are magical.

Here in Spain is a big braless movement. I know a lot of girls that don't wear bra and I started doing it and at the beginning it's a little weird but when you get on it it's much more confortable.

I've been wearing a bra for 3 years (I'm 12) and I hate it my school is very strict about like one teacher saw my bra from the back of my shirt and I mean the tiniest bit like 1 centimeter and I had to wear a jacket in 90 degree weather and for what because do much about woman is sexualized and it's because guys cant control themselves so instead of them learning to control themselves woman have to cover things that we are confident with and we need and it is just so frustrating for me

You're right but at the time that I made this comment I was 12 (as was stated) and didn't know that that was wrong. I'm now 15 and know that statement is incorrect and harmful towards men and that people should respect each other.

It’s because your nerves were constricted for a long time so when you takeoff your bra if feels like a sign of relief therefore it makes them sensitive !Also stop wearing bras often they will make the muscles weak because their not holding their self up and will cause sagging from lack of strength !!!!!
The ligaments of the skin will actually atrophy . Wearing bras can cause sagging of the breasts. Especially if you sleep in them all the time and wear them too tight.
