It seems to me that 只有...才... is almost always followed by 能. So it's usually 只有...才能... This makes sense, since the 只有 condition must be fulfilled before something else "can" (能) happen. But I think that 才 could also sometimes be followed by 想 "want to", or 愿意 "willing to", etc. But remember: 只有努力才能成功 !! :-)
