Great review, thank you! Does lint get caught on the rubber gasket on the door? And how often would you recommend to do a "manual clean" wash of the condenser?
1. There are synthetic fabrics that say do not tumble dry but the dryer has the mixed fabrics option and some others for synthetics. Should I put them in anyway? 2. What program do you recommend for socks? I usually do a whole 9kg load of socks in the washing machine. Thank you for your videos!!
hi i just bought this dryer (9kg), ive unboxed it and put it in my laundry and it sits under the counter top, does anyone know if this is ok or does it need more ventilation? also want to know if you just unbox it, plug it in and your ready to use it? or is there anything else i need to do before use, thanks in advance,, ( i have read the manual but just unsure about a couple things and want to double check, thxn
what about the bedding sheets? every body complain that they became a big ball rolled up, it's weird because it is suppose to do reverse motion of the dry and un rool them! may be the mix cycle do more reverse motion? can you record a mix cycle? or duvet that is made for huge load may be reverse more? and than considering that you used turbo for this little load I don't think this is to fast 1.20h
I've got the FDV909 and I haven't found a single dryer that doesn't turn king sized bedding or larger into a ball whenever they go in the dryer. Our old Samsung, Miele and Electrolux all did it and now the LG does too, even with reverse cycle. As for the speed thing, it's a limitation of heat pump dryers in general. Because they heat up the air and constantly recycle it in the machine at a lower temperature, they work far slower than vented or condenser dryers, but they make up for it by being incredibly energy efficient and more reliable. The 909 was the most energy efficient dryer ever tested by Which in the UK, costing about 1/8 of the electricity of an average condenser during a full cotton load. Doesn't sound like much but over the life of the dryer it makes a massive difference. Another benefit which isn't often mentioned, is how much fresher stuff dried in a heat pump is. Because its a sealed air system, none of the fragrance molecules from the detergent, dryer sheets or fabric softener is lost to the atmosphere, leaving it smelling even better.
@@sloeginandsleep1170 you don't have the european electrolux cyclone care, perfect care 900, it have bedding cycle snd reverse every minute so its impossible to make a ball with shits and bedding's
