Last one: am I the jerk?
Everyone: yes. Yes you are
I wouldn't say she was a jerk (as their thought process is that if they bend the rules for one, others would find out and complain). I would say she is a stuck up brat who thanks everyone worships her.
Agreed. Chores? Gifts? Wow just wow. Wonder what their wedding invitations looked like
Exactly it’s some messed up stuff
Using their baby as a cash cow. Child abuse imo
Yep they were a jerk before they denied his sister. They are now the relatives both sides of the family don’t like
just cause the baby was born on christmas doesn't mean got to treat it like jesus itself like demanding offerings for a baby is insane
Thing Jesus's parents themselves didn't demand the gifts, people gave out of their hearts.
These people are bashit crazy.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Good one
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I hope the OP gets to read this, it's hilarious
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
God tier reply literally lol
😂😂 That really made me laugh 🤣
That last couple is charging Disney levels of admission to see a newborn. Gift card, baby gift, groceries/ take out and housework (done without deodorant, mind you) in exchange for one hour with a person who can't even communicate. WOW.
I don’t understand why they said no deodorant so they want people to smell like garbage around the babies
Like everything was cool until the no perfume and deodorant part then it got crazy! Why the fuck would anyone bring a gift and have to do chores as someone else’s house just to see a baby for a hour! Fuck those people! Total jerks
@@Nightcalwer I get no perfume because if it’s strong it might not be pleasant for the newborn but no deodorant ? That’s silly
I was with her up using the free labor bs. That is so entitled and fucked that I hope that kid comes out level-headed.
A pair of Karens. I hope his family cut them off.
The people on the last story is the jerk. They think the issue is “bending the rules” but the issue IS the rules.

@@Exsecrabilis yea.
The "so called" parents in this story are the JERKS!!
Not only are they jerks they're assholes. If her balancing out to where it equals the same for the cash amount then that's fine. No one told you to have a baby. Someone with common sense knows that a child is expensive. You demanding chores to be done, getting cash and the other bullshit was unreasonable. And like he mentioned people having wedding which you're hoping to get cash as a gift. If you're doing something beyond what you can afford, then you really need to rethink what you're doing. My dream wedding is Vegas and the sheap buffet they have. Don't care about impressing anyone because when reality hits, my bills gotta get paid. Also what financial plans did you have during the pregnancy or were you just hoping people would shell out cash because you were doing something women have been doing since the dawn of time?
Facts like they are 100% milking their son for money
First story - No surprise that the company wasn't aware of what Karen was doing. Most companies are just interested in the bottom line and don't give a damn about how employees are mistreated, until they are legally forced to be.
Last story - Good grief! The whole family should go NC with these a-hat parents!
First Story: Not really. Upstream can only know what is happening if downstream tells them. If you trust (and maybe you shouldn't) what you are getting for information, then you trust it. Toss in labor contract and what not, not following procedures 100% can be a poo show.
Karen has NO business being in a management/supervisor job. Should have posted her BS on social media and blacklist her from Union entirely
average lg people mindset
Yeah and once those parents realise nobody's coming to give them free gifts anymore they'll have to take down thise insane rules
That, plus the fact that she had several Infinity Stones of Wokeness, so Before they had proof, they had to walk on eggshells for her or else "It'S dIsCrImInAtIoN, REEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!".
Wait..what the hell is this lady talking about? You have to pick chores to do and buy them a baby gift and a gift card just to visit? That person would be one lonely person if I had anything to do with it. How entitled are you?
How much you want to bet that she is an "influencer" online
@@Ironica82 how much you want to be she's trying to justify her actions?
update: oh my F**king god she is, I just read the Reddit post, and She is trying so hard to not only Justify this but play the victim card cus people are attacking her for how she and her husband are acting here.

Mother: Yes, so long as his dad gives me $100 and mows our lawn.

how much you want to bet one of them worked for EA XD
and don't forget, those conditions are to see the baby for ONE hour. it's cheaper to get a reservation at Chuck E Cheese than to see that baby, and the Chuck E Cheese prices are for 3 hours.
The new parents story: Holy shit, they are just down right tyrannical. Hope they aren’t surprised when most the family refuses to help them out down the line.
Like, I get the "Everyone has to be vaccinated" and "You can't visit if you're sick" rules. Those are safety precautions. The rest is just bullshit. Lady, I'm here to see my nephew, not clean your house.
It started out reasonable esp since the pandemic. Then cascaded into "you're required to bring gifts and do work around the house."
True. When the jab was mentioned, I just rolled my eyes as even the jabbed and boosted can spread it but tiss their child so whatever. Not be sick for a week, that I can see so the child doesnt get sick. One hour visit and set times, completely reasonable so the mother can rest. Everything else, they are turning their child into an attraction that you have to pay with time and money for. I wouldn't be surprised if the mother (or both of them) are "influencers" on Instagram
lol for me they would get 1 mesage and just 1
and that would be never contact me ever again
@@wowgek7 if i was the sister-in-law I would tell if that's how your going to act even thought you know the problem then I don't want to hear from you again.
"Everyone deserves the same treatment" holy cow, this isn't about treatment, this is about casting our a family member over money- i'm surprised her husband went against his own whole family. Over something so small. I wonder what makes them think they're allowed to charge people for frikin Christmas. And chores, isn't that normal? Sure some people are more willing to help than others but come on, making a list? What is this, a school camp?
yeah there basically robbing you make you give them food and give them a gift and do chores for a 1 hour visit and only be able to 2 twice a week and the went against there family for it and they seem as if there gonna charge you money to get chiristmas gifts from them and do a whole bucnh of stuff just for the gift to be socks or somethin small
bro nah, this is way to harsh... seriously
Their reasoning doesn't even make sense. At its core, money is stand in as compensation for your time and effort. It's a simpler means than those complicated barter deals you saw in some episodes of MASH. She was WILLING to do extra chores (i.e. give her time and effort) in lieu of a cash or gift payment. The extra work IS the gift.
However, their demands are tantamount to blackmail and I'd never had anything to do with them as they don't seem to understand what family is for in the first place and that child will be raised to be terrible person by those two.
You mention charging for Christmas. I'd not be surprised they have a thing about holidays, too. $50 a plate, plus a nice gift, and all the dishes have to be cleaned by the guests as well as any other areas in the house.
The cardboard rock story: You are not the jerk. She was the one snooping around.
it's not just snooping, it's the lying about it when asked. Like be intrested, its not a crime, ask don't snoop and lie
...and her roody-poo candy a** was taught a lesson.
I love the part where she can't explain to her brother why she was in the room at all
I would of got one of those alarms for windows and door that squeal when separated. They aren't even that much, $10 at most. Let her explain why it squealed.
@@silveratwilight I woulda set up both tbh
Last Story: I can almost guarantee that OP and her husband are going to appear as a separate Karen-esk story on this channel sometime in the future. Mark my words.
Probably
That depends if any of their family(most likely sister IL) Use or even have reddit
they sounded like pricks to me tbh
"My sister in law had a baby and wouldn't allow me to come over without following their demands.
So it's about six months after the baby was born....."I can definetly see a story like this happening on this Chanel if im being honest
They definitely are a Karen and Kevin
Story 4: The parents are worse than jerks just by making the rules alone
most of the rules are understandable but asking for money, gift, and chores around their house is wrong
Last one: They are basically selling tickets to see their baby. How stuck up do you have to be to charge fees just to see your child.
I feel so sorry for that child and hope they do not grow up to be as much as stuck up jerks as their parents.
I knew they were going to be psycho when I heard the vax requirement and it just got more insane from there.
Exactly
Yeah she was the mother was the jerk
The first few rules make sense. The latter rules spell "entitlement".
100 %.
Imagine being just born and your own parents are already treating you as a prostitute.
Abusive shit parents, that's what they are.
I had a breakdown a few yrs ago and got sick notes from the doc, I handed them to the temporary supervisor we had at our shop and his reply was "well what am I going to do now, I've got noone to cover your shift, so I'm not accepting these sick notes", I lost it and told him that if he didn't accept the sick notes I was more than happy to take it to my area manager and left the store. We got a new manager in and 3 weeks later I quit without notice, just left them in the lurch, like they did with me over Christmas. Best move I ever did, now I work for myself and have never been happier even though I'm broke 🤣
Ok

That last couple...WOW!
They sound like the most entitled, greedy and power-abusing Karen and Ken on the planet.
When I had children, it never even _occurred_ to me to use my babies as cash cows or as a means to extract free labor from others.
These narcissists need to be in their place.
I'm not a parent and still the idea of making people pay to see my baby is disgusting, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night.
Its a baby, not a celebrity meet and greet
Can understand the limitations for safety and health reasons. But wanting gifts and food brought to you and for people to do chores for you just to see your baby yeah no that's ridiculous
I agree on that they are definitely a karen and ken
The lady with the baby that's some weird rules I've never heard of such a thing.
HOA story: NO YOU'RE NOT THE JERK. Don't give in. Theses people can sue the HOA and solve the problem. They have just as much money if not more as you.
Let the HOA tear up my property to fix their screwup? That would be a no. A backhoe suddenly appearing in my driveway to do whatever? That is a definite eff off. There is something about HOA board members that appears to make them think they have magical powers to do whatever they want.
@@stoopingfalcon891 But I'm in an HOA. That's makes me god.
All HOA members.
Here in the US, what the HOA was trying to do is ILLEGAL as the OP's property was not part of the HOA. Also there generally legal requirements, such as permits, licenses, title searches, etc for utilities at least at the state level and generally additional ones at the country. This "handshake deal" makes me think they were trying to avoid regulations if this was in the states.
@@Maximara Sounds about right.
Why would they have more money? You mean as in they are a large group versus one person?
“👉👈They think I’m using my child as a cash grab!👉👈” Well no duh you are
About the sewer line. I would tell them either pay a $50;000 fee for using my yard or would make them move it if they don’t wanna pay the fee
That be a good down payment. Then have a monthly fee for use and what happens if they stop paying.
@@benjie128 You got it. The pipe may need access in the future, set the ground rules now. Codify it in such a way if you sell the property, the next owner gets the same deal.
Its causing millions in damages you could get them to pay more than 50k for destroying your lawn
First story: not a jerk. The OP could talk with the others and sue the HOA. Baby Story: Darling your family and friends wants to see the newborn, I can understand the rules about vaccines and limited time for health reasons and for the mom to rest, but being forced to give a gift card to you and a gift to the baby everytime plus doing chores? Thanks, you can keep the baby, I have other things to do than that.
The first story was the suing for discrimination one, no?
next time op makes rules, she could have told sister in law to wear a mask and gloves and tell her or ask her if you can help me with babysitting so we can give you college money? so that her husband agrees.
Holy crap last story was a... Yes, you are very much the assholes: "You have no moneh? DON'T SEE MAH BAYBAY!!!", don't go all Pikachu Surprised when your child ends up resenting you for being so harsh and uncompromising on them as they grow up.
Literally admitting they'll love their kid *conditionally*
Imagine when the kid grew up and sees this post and realizes that the reasons why their relative never comes to visit are because of those entitled parents. The kid probably will cut ties with those parents.
@@nurulafiqah4903 Or charge them to see their future grandchildren because that's the sort of person they'll raise their child to be.
I'd ghost them. Yeah, your kid, nice, whatever. If you get blown off now, they don't want anyone to have a relationship with the kid anyways. Don't even attempt even if they "OK". That's not family. That's strangers. No one GAFlip about stranger's kids. The kid is right over there, but you need to buy a ticket?
@@carlrood4457 that'd be the best kick in the ass. Charge JUST the parents, everyone else can see the baby freely
New Parents Story: They got slammed on the internet for their outrageous demands (obviously not the reasonable demand ones)
im happy about it
@@mahokira504 I bet. I was baffled at how insane they were acting.
Wait how do you know
I agree the parents can just be jerks for doing that
@@TheGothicgirl44 Yup.
As someone who used to work in quality control in a factory and have worked in several factory jobs I can tell you that people will cut corners like crazy. I've had to pull products from shipping so many times because people just didn't do their checks and I had to do it for them.
In the HOA situation I would let them dig it up on one condition: They have to pay for absolutely everything including fixing my yard, for any other damages that may be caused, and interest for every single day they are working on my property. On top of that they would have to agree to stop harassing me and not to complain about anything I do with my land. I wouldn’t make this agreement verbally but probably with a contract of some sort that I would make copies of for evidence, and take photos of just in case.
Or you could just as easily tell them to fro and fix their own problems?
Not good enough.
AND I get to put my trash can on your road. That part is non-negotiable.
Story #2: The use of the cardboard cut-out was creative. However, I worry that the sister-in-law might get spooked every time she sees a Dwayne Johnson movie or one of the Rock's wrestling matches.
I’d freaking email her 1000 pictures of Dwayne the rock Johnson bro
If you could get one from what Dwayne said in an interview was his most embarrasing wrestling moment. He was standing on the ropes and his "boulders" popped out..."Up here you could see the Rock in all his glory, but down there you could smell what the Rock was cooking."
Up it to the max and have Dwayne show up at her home. Oh how sweet that would be.
The last story : it's they are running a circus baby is the main attraction... How entitled one needs to be to tell people they need to clean their house if you need to see the baby...
HOA story: demand money for the work to be done on the yard but blocking sewer line for all of the people there is wrong
The sewer issue was something the HOA was responsible for, not the homeowners. If it was your property, would YOU allow days or weeks of heavy machinery destroying your property?
@@stoopingfalcon891 For the right price, I probably would. That's key. He was right to send the workers away and give the HOA board a hard time. Now, he should really put the screws to them. They have to pay to restore yard to its previous condition (new sod and shrubs are not cheap). They must also pay an access fee to account for his inconvenience. They can even work out a contract for future access, where the OP gets continuous payments. If its important enough, it might pay for his taxes or mortgage. Land access rights can be very lucrative.
@@stoopingfalcon891 now lets say they pay me 50k up front, then whenever they need to dig up my yard they pay me 20k PER time, then let them go wild, they can dig every day if they like lol
@@ChiloeYOMIH Good point! Let the HOA pay your mortgage for you! 👍😊 There is of course also the payment that goes to the contractor?
@@stoopingfalcon891 Exactly! Its a win-win scenario
My favorite part of the story is how the character voice for the brother sounds like he's from Mississippi while the others don't 🤣
For the HOA story: I'd offer them that I'd let them dig up my yard under the condition that they basically let me do all the stuff they denied me AND pay for it. I'd also want it in writing that any necessary work on that stuff can be done without permission from the HOA.
My family had a similar experience and oh boy,the people(not my family) weren't happy that we didn't let them dig up the garden because of a wall. They had to find a different solution for that.
Trust me,they wouldn't repair the lawn, without telling them to do.
"Let me do all the stuff they denied me?" What? What was denied? If you are not a member of an HOA, you are perfectly within your rights to tell them to FRO!
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I admit I'm soft, but I would have relented for the sake of the residents, BUT under the written, witnessed, and notarized condition that any further crap the HOA ever tried to throw at me would result in a fine.
About the last story: I can totally see and understand if you have strict rules about vacinations and other health related topics for vistors.
But mandatory gift cards just to let familiy vist your newborn is very clearly a jerkish move
Also some of the rules are just bizarre. No phone calls between 730-10... like uh what? Does that mean if you call them between those hours they'll veto your visit?
Also notice you can only stay an hour but have to do a ton of chores, so you prolly don't even get to see the baby.
No deodorant just makes NO sense either, like it doesn't affect the baby whatsoever if you have medication on your skin in places they won't get near.
Also this is just punishing any poor and or disabled relatives they have. As someone disabled and living on less than 50% minimum wage, if my sis demanded any of these to see my niece I'd likely just never speak to her again.
@@RepubsWannaMarryKids for the no calls between 7:30pm and 10pm I can see it comming from a bedtime routine. I haven‘t got any children yet, but I can imagine that having a undisturbed routine in the evening can be important. But this is the only point I kind of disagree with you.
There is a big difference between treating people equally and treating people fair
@@marcor815 I thought that too at first but 10pm seems awfully late when related to young kids. I'd think it would extend past 10 if it were a sleep thing.
The people who just had a baby is nothing more than robbing there family and friends plus getting them to help with chores isn't right, most of the time family and friends will help without being asked, they will ask you but what they did to the broke sister is uncalled for and she may not ever be over it to the point she will just avoid them and have nothing much to do with them anymore plus in the future they may need her help with babysitting or something else and she will deny it because the fear of maybe having her pay them to babysit for the baby, entitled jerks had just ruined a very close relationship that the girl felt as well so yeah y'all were wrong and you know it
fr they are making them pay to see a baby and do work for them when all there giving is a 1 hour visit to see a baby
Most of the time you'd have to just about tell family and friends to fudge off because they're trying to do TOO much. This level of expectation is ridiculous by pretty much any standard. If you view your child as a poker chip, that child should be taken away. Full stop. You don't have the child's interests at heart if this is your attitude. I don't have any way atm to get anywhere really, and when my cousin had a child he brought her to my house to make sure I got to see her. That's the way it's meant to be.
If i was asked to babysit for them, I'd tell them I'd need them to pay for takeout for me, no matter how expensive, I'd charge for every diaper change, if I had to wash a bottle for the baby I would charge cleaning fees by the half hour, and I'd want payment in advance, if they want me over for more than 1 hour they would be paying the price they'd offer me per hour. so if they said for example 60, i would charge 60 an hour. If they can make rules, so can I.
Jeannette Adams, I don't think they do know it. What in these entitled people's story gave you the idea they see anything wrong with anything they do? (I just flashed on a famous man who always says, "I did nothing wrong." YECK).
We need a baby sitter hun. How much should we charge her to babysit our kid?
For the sewer story I would agree to allow the pipe work in my property on the condition the HOA is disbanded and that no other HOA will be formed.
Perfect.
Why put a lock when you can put the rock
Barely into the video yet… but that one supervisor who kept taking the OP up the chain with him… that’s a good guy right there, paying respect to the guy who helped him get where he was and refusing to leave him in the dust
You are not the jerk in the first story because she would be harassing everyone
SIL: hehe time to sneak-
The cut out: it's about drive
story four: I've never heard of anything so ridiculous. when our children were born my wife and I welcomed friends and family over to see the newborns without charging money or gifts. we were honored that they took the time to visit and welcome our children into the world.
The first story : Not to throw rocks or anything, but people from the community she claims to be part of have the "sue-trigger" loose. I've had a case like that when someone from one of my previous jobs was lowkey toxic for the company. When she got confronted about that, she immediately assumed that her condition was the cause for all the backlash and tried to sue my former boss for discrimination. She lost and got fired and even made a youtube video about her story. People blindly sided with her until my former boss pressed charges for defamation and had to remove the video.
Last story : I regret that the baby will be raised by such parents. How entitled and delusional do you have to be to use your newborn to take advantage of your family. You bet that after their stunt, they will be completely cut out from the rest of their family.
I'd just save the list from the 'new parents' and share it with kid when s/he grows up to show how crazy her parents were.

Last story: SUPER BIG JERK if someone did that to me I would cut contact and not invite them to my wedding or any of my events
The last one. You are the jerk. You are basically just taking advantage of your baby and using it to get free gifts and food from family who just wants to see a new member. That's not what a good family does. I do respect the safety with the baby but all the other stuff is over the top
Thank you, I totally agree. As a 20 yr old female myself, I’d be devastated if my sibling and their partner stopped me from seeing my nephew unless I gave them money.
I get the reasoning about not wanting to bend the rules for one person, but why do they have all those damn rules in the first place?!
Doesn’t make any sense at all. It’s a sure fire way to isolate themselves from the rest of the family.
I 100% agree with both the person who posted this comment and the one who responded before me.
And I was life wtf when they were saying the rules
Vaccination and holding the baby? I would understand the reasons why but the other stuff? Yeah, that's taking advantage of YOUR OWN RELATIVES, and the sister-in-law is in financial trouble and those parents continue the rules? Yeah the kid will hate them in the future.
Yeah I feel bad for that kid bc they're going to grow up wondering why they're family doesn't come to see them, and probably end up asking they're parents just to realize this is why.
Story 2 is all out classic prank. I think it's funny. She's the older sibling being nosy and childish by snooping in her brother's and sister-in-law's bedroom and denying it like a toddler, only to get mad when she's caught red handed and off guard.
Oh my god. The OP in the last story is an absolute Karen
I agree
The last story gave me whiplash with that twist. I heard the first couple requirements and was like "odd but ok" but then I heard chores, money and no exceptions and I was like "ayo what?!". They a total jerks honestly I wouldn't be surprised when someone finds a story from the college kid's perspective
Sounds like Karen was guilty of fostering a hostile working environment, at the VERY LEAST.
The Minority/LGBTQ+ Karen gives a lot of good people a bad name. Not a jerk.
And even more after 2020 when there is a lot of people's entitlement resurface, no exception to the rule.
Just look how they burn the mainstream comic industry, and the movie industry too (both the ones who hire and people like this in the name of inclusion and diversity).
Totally agree. People like that give everyone else a bad name. I don’t agree with the lifestyle of LGBTQ+ given my religion and beliefs, but that being said I don’t think the LGBTQ are any more likely to be bad than a regular person. The fact she tried to sue them for discrimination and use it as an excuse is INSANE. You might just be doing a bad job, it’s not usually because you’re a minority that they fire you.

Lmao, that last story killed me. Putting the rest of hour family in timeout? What world are they living in? 😂
The last story is absolutely crazy. Wow. They are the a-holes
This was amazing 🤩 keep up the great work!
The parents in that last story are pathetic and severely entitled. To not allow a 20 y/o college student who is broke to see the baby is really cruel just because she can't afford a gift. This is a whole new level of entitlement.
The second I heard the “Am I the jerk for scaring my sister with a cardboard cutout of the rock” I immediately thought “no, because that is a prank and I approve of chaos”.
People like the Karen from story number 1 give the Alphabet Mafia a bad wrap
How much ya want to bet the Karen did not have natural hair color
For the HOA story, not only would I charge them a hefty damages fee for tearing up my yard, but I would also charge them a monthly rent for having their pipes run through my yard. HOA would be paying my mortgage and retirement.
I'd make sure it was also amended into the deed per property using said line(s) regarding the monthly rental fee. There would be an account put into a perpetual escrow to not only cover the repairs for the lines, but also the full restoration of the area dug up and the area around the digging area.
So this is a long on so bare with me as I have a say on all three stories, some based on actual experience.
1st story. They were a tyrannical boss that thought they couldn't be fired because they were the face of the company's LGBTQ inclusiveness. First off, everyone can be fired. Had a former Team Lead at a factory who thought because she'd been there for 20yrs was untouchable. She started giving the new supervisor hell and kept cutting corners and stopping nearly an hour early so she could wait half an hour to clock out. She pulled the seniority card until finally the plant manager fired her. As for the LGBTQ thing. I had an employee when I was a Department Manager at a small store try and accuse me of being sexist against her for being female which caused a meeting with us and the Store Manager. She claimed I made only women flow merchandise to the floor and kept only men to build furniture which was untrue. I had two people on furniture, and one was a female who would later on my recommendation be promoted to Department Manager of furniture,as well as a female doing lamps. When her claim was debunked the Store Manager dismissed it. She then tried to claim that we were against her because she was Trans which again didn't work because she had already tried using that card to get out of working the front of the store, and we had another Trans employee, AND both Assistant Managers and the 4th Key we're either Gay or Lesbian. She was fired a week later for being a troublesome employee.
The second story about the HOA. I despise HOA, but it's not always an option especially where I live. Anyways, we had a run in with an HOA via a friend who is renting next to an HOA neighborhood. One day we had a BBQ for a birthday and the HOA came running over trying to claim we couldn't have the party because it disturbed their neighborhood and the cars that were parked there were "Unsightly". Apparently they had a rule that vehicles older than five years had to be hidden in the garage. She eventually tried to step on the property physically turn the music off. Big mistake since it was a friend's expensive setup and I'm a Martial Artist. She tried to push me and I stood my ground and wouldn't budge. She then grabbed the cord and yanked it pulling the laptop with it. My friend was livid and nearly charged her, but I stopped him. She tried to push past me again and this time she was met with me twisting her arm around and slamming her to a table as cops arrived. They saw her attack and I told them I wouldn't let go until they had her in cuffs and would gladly let them cuff me too if necessary. Another friend had video evidence and she was charged with trespassing, vandalism, and assault. Honestly I think the guy in the story handled better than I would have, but no he most definitely wasn't the jerk.
Lastly the new baby couple. Wow, just Wow. Like they are literally charging admission to see there kid? I get the vaccine, smoking, and perfume, but demanding food, gifts, gift cards, chores, all for an hour? That is absolutely absurd. Had a cousin make ridiculous demands once for us to see his kid, and I've still never met the kid. Most of my family hasn't either. It's one thing to ask for help or assistance, or even suggest a donation, and again I understand some of it, but the rest is quite literally using their kid as a cash cow. They are definitely the jerk in that story.
Again sorry for the long comment, but this is one of the few videos that actually hit close to home with all three.
The newborn story? There are dozens of bridezilla stories out there. This is the first time I have seen a motherzilla story.
Last stories : if the parents had ended their list right after the health requirements, I would have find it a little bit paranoid but understandable. All what follows is just straight up entitlement!
Was really hoping the narrator would actually say, "you are the asshole" in the last one.
When I first found this channel, I thought these were all his stories and I felt really bad for him. When I found out this is all Reddit I felt stupid. Either way it’s still great content!
But don't you find some of these stories too hard to believe? It's hard for me to believe people would actually have such rules. And even harder that the "family" would go along with it. Some of these stories have to be fiction.
@@shadowlouise Sad thing is that the poster is the one making the rules so those are likely true.
Lmao. That would be the most complete life ever XD
The first story’s OP is a legend, i’m sure he never gave up his work too!😆😆
Story 1 shows why we need equality, not privileges for groups
Bruh story 2 the rock is the best solution bruh it's too funny XD
i binge watch ur vids
As a member of the lgbt+ community myself, I am ashamed of the karen in the first story! She brings shame to our community!
The last one 😳 They’re living in a fantasy world and when it crashes and they have NO One maybe they’ll understand! smfh That poor kid!!! He’s going to have rough life if they act like this! All I can picture is the kid wanting friends to stay the night when he’s older and the parents demanding they bring them gifts to come over 🤦♀️
Haha was literally watching am I the jerk when I got this. It's midnight so that might be depressing but whatever
In France it’s 4pm
The last OP is a jerk. Her and her husband. Biggest jerk amongst all the stories. Hope the baby grows up not like it's parent.
Ugh, as a lgbtq member myself, what this Karen is doing is totally NOT ok to the rest of the community.
The last couple with all the conditions for coming to their house to see the baby are insane. If I was in that family I would write them a letter saying I would not be interested in being in their house or seeing them in my house until they became sane once more. Then I would avoid them unless and until their conditions were reasonable, by which I mean, sane and a lot fewer of them.
I agreed with them all until hearing about the baby. Chores gift cards WTF? Didn't finish as it started to annoy me. Sorry. But everyone is different I guess.
Gotta love cry bullies getting their just desserts.
Can we just appreciate Joe in the first story. Joe is an amazing person, someone who will stick their neck out for good employees and even help take down the bad ones. Good on you Joe!
The baby one started as sort of reasonable but then it went mad
As another member of the LGBTQ community, we do not accept the Karen in the first story.
im tried of the people in the LGBTQwhatever using it as a shield oh look at me im gay bi trans whatever you cant touch me swear to god those people need to be put in their place for acting like that
Why are all these OPs thinking they’re the jerk for going easy on these damn Karens?!!
Scaring someone with the rock is absolutely hilarious
First and second story OP are NOT the jerks! The both of their targets deserved what they got!
Describing karen in the first story; just kept getting worse and worse lmao
No HOA. Never give in. They wouldn't allow you a gas line. You don't let them have a sewer line. Once you give in, it never ends with an HOA.
What is so special about this baby that you have to pay and work to see it. Forget that.
The op in story number 4 is a freaking KAREN
If I were the OP near the HOA, I'd probably let the HOA fix their pipe for the sake of the residents, but only if they got something in writing about all of this and paid me each time they messed with it
To all managers or people of leadership.
If your in leadership, there's no discrimination towards you.
Not a baby on the planet I'd want to see badly enough to put up with such parental greed and arrogance. Karma is coming for them.
Story #4
THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT OK. They are making them do a chore and bring groceries even though they should have to send the dad to do that and the ENTITLEMENT. THAT CHILD SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY FROM THEM.
HOA guy needs to get with the community to stick it to the HOA. Living with an HOA is hell, it's all power tripping passive aggressive letters and stupid rules, so those people are not only innocent victims of the conflict but also still under the tyranny of their HOA. Get a lawyer, get with the folks, find a solution that's favorable to him and them and use it as a community building opportunity.
How can a karen be a Manager? Do she have a mirrow where she says "I want to speak to the manager" "Oh there you are..."
Last story: Who demands gifts to see a baby? And they aren't even allowed to ask why about the rules? I feel sorry for the kid. What are they going to do when it grows and starts making friends? Will they not be allowed to visit unless they meet certain conditions? They sure have a warped sense of family.
That cut out is hilarious.
Last story: The OP is a power hungry, entitled Karen. I feel bad for the sister-in-law being treated as if she isn’t important enough. Unbelievable.
The term Jerk is too kind.
imagine treating your new born like a tourist attraction that you can only see for an hour at a time. Needing to get groceries, take out, monetary compensation and chores for 1 hour to see a baby is absurd. Capitalizing off of an infant like that is insane
New baby parents 100% pure mom and dadzilla BS right there. OMG the level of entitlement that couple exudes is terrible.
Story starting around 11 minutes in : that set up sounds similar to the Jack & Jill style bedroom set up
Charge them $1000.00 per ft of digging pipe up.
As a member of the lgbtq community, it's definitely not harassment and all of us who aren't Karen's and we got fired for some reason, we would sue for discrimination because it's not.
Instead of OP found a karen the OP is actual a karen in the last story
Lol. She snoops around and then gets hurt because a piece of cardboard scares her? That's hilarious.
I’m sorry why do you need to pay them or work for them just to see the baby!?! that’s the most stupid and disgusting thing I’ve ever heard in my life. I’m surprised anyone went to wrong with it!
not a jerk i love that you caught a snoop.
"Hey want to see my newborn?" Me: "Nope."
