I agree with the Hallmark comment. They always kiss at the end and so I always say "What a surprised they kissed!" (sarcasticly if you don't understand)
It’s something that hooks underneath their bridle and attaches to their chest to keep their head down. It’s really dumb and I think a lazy way to ride a horse!
