When I first started, I lost weight quickly eating one meal a day, then I got sick. After getting well, I ate the same amount of food within about 6 hours, and didn’t lose even one pound. It wasn’t until I went back to OMAD that I started losing weight again.
That's awesome to figure out Kathy! Yes, many of us need one meal or less a day to get into good fat burning. Some do great with a 6 hour window but I feel better after longer fasting. Glad you are feeling better now!
OMG and I am a person who rarely uses that and I am judicious in commenting. But this, this warrants it! This is fantastic! I am so proud of the ELAB team and Amanda for inspiring everyone! I remember years ago trying to make a (several) diet plan app work with ELAB and it was nothing short of pure frustration. Thank you!!!
I just got it and really appreciate it. My only complaint is that you use grams and not ounces. Maybe it’s me but I am not good at knowing how much I am supposed to eat from that. I guess I’ll need to use my food scale.

We need to mix it up, the body gets uses to the OMAD.
