Instantly uplevel your cocktail game by using Jasper’s Stock Mix. This is the best rum mixer. It is incredibly easy to make and allows you to make simple yet tasty rum and Tiki cocktails.
Jasper’s Stock Mix Recipe
16 Oz lime juice
12 Oz granulated white sugar
1 Oz Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 heaping teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg
Dissolve the sugar in the lime juice. Then add the bitters and the freshly grated nutmeg and mix together until the sugar is completely dissolved.

1 1/2 Oz White Overproof Jamaican Rum
1 1/2 Oz Jasper’s Stock Mix
Second Cocktail:
Packs A Punch
1 1/2 Oz Bounty Strong 151 Rum
1 1/2 Oz Jasper’s Stock Mix
1/4 Oz Giffard Vanille de Madagascar
Third Cocktail:
Needs a name (help me in the comments!)
1 1/2 Oz Jasper’s Stock Mix
1 Oz Diamond Dark Rum
1 Oz Diamond 151 White Rum
1/4 Oz Giffard Abricot du Roussillon

The third one sounds most interesting to me. Giffard is amazing. I have their banane, abricot and pineapple liquours and they are all amazing.
The apricot plays perfectly with everything! Apricot is also criminally underutilized in cocktails

Hamilton 151 is the best 151 and the False Idol 151 version is great also.
Dont sleep on Diamond 151. Pussers 151 is the best 151 Demerara IMO. Sucks it’s not available here in the US.
the new Worthy Park Overproof is good and it's a better sipper than mixer and almost too good to mix but the price makes it cheap enough. super clean no acetone notes

@@therumchampion that's because of the lime juice, right? Could you do acid adjusted water with citric and malic acid to replace the lime so it lasts longer?
