Merci beaucoup, Pearl!!! I'm so happy you emailed me about this video. This is a game changer!!! I'm LOVING Pearl's Classroom so far and I'm so eager to keep going. I've retained more French since starting your course in mid January than I have in the literal YEARS I've been attempting to learn French. Thank you!!!

I started using step one late with Japanese, but after seeing the breakdown here, I realize I need to do this WAY more often.
I plan to learn French next year, so I just subbed! 🤗 Thanks for the helpful tips!

This reminds me of a phrase that I heard recently: avoir la pêche. I thought, “ok, good- I know they are talking about fishing…but it makes NO sense in the context. No one is talking about fish.” If I had used the web concept, I would have come across the idiom and knew that it wasn’t literally talking about fishing! I love this idea!

Thnx for your videos. If it’s not too much, can you have French captions so that we can also learn lexicon and sentence structure ?

First, I must tell you that you have the most beautiful smile. As a mom I wondered, "How much did her parents pay for her braces?" ;-)
Seriously, which words would you recommend we start with? Thank you!
