Love potatoes! So .... One envelope of mashed potatoes, reg flour, finely chopped onion, anything green diced up, shredded cheese, don't forget the chili flakes, dip in egg, fry in Wesson oil, save to eat on the bus or ??? Dip is optional when there's catsup. Just saying....
