Omg ! This was the second recipe of yours that i tried , my alu tikkis were always broken when i cooked without eggs and mostly my friends are vegetarians so I had many issues. I tried this today I didn’t add rice flour but I added bread crumbs extra and they didn’t break once even how much i acted clumsy! Plus they are much more crispier and better than egg ones
