For the Filling: Take a pan, add oil, cumin, green chilli and ginger. Saute for a few seconds and add boiled peas, coriander powder, kashmiri chilli powder, amchur, jeera powder, salt and some water. Let it cook for a few mins and then add one boiled potato along with kasuri methi, coriander leaves and chaat masala. Combine everything well. 2. Now take some boiled potatoes in a bowl, mash them and add salt, chilli flakes, chopped green chilli and ginger, coriander leaves, amchur, jeera powder, corn flour and maida. Combine everything well. 3. Now take a portion of it, flatten it a bit to a cup shape, add the filling in the centre, close it like a ball and then give it the shape of a tikki. 4. Fry them on tawa, first on medium flame and then flash fry on high flame. 5. Curd: Mix together curd, sugar, black salt and chaat masala. 6. Plate the aloo tikki with curd, imli chutney, pudina chutney, sev, chopped green chilli and ginger julienne. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe:
