We live in a benevolent Police State- benevolent for now!
This is NOT about public safety, it's about power. Power corrupts- absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Ten years from now all the gullible people will finally wake up and say- hey, how come I am no longer allowed to drive a big or fast car, buy alcohol without a permit, ride a motorcycle, travel without permission, compete in archery, own a large dog, access the internet without a permit, choose to not carry my GPS phone, walk without my ID card, pay with cash, talk negatively about the government in any way!!!!!!!!!
Firearms are always the first right or privilege to go, and the rest follows.

Thank you Mark and Sam for stepping forward and helping to be part of the grapevine that keeps us all informed and better prepared in this fight and what a fight it is. Only just recently on ANZAC day people were encouraging each other to remember those who gave their lives so that we as a nation could be free. And so here, now, there are those amongst us who now want to betray that sacrifice and steal those freedoms from us. What we are witnessing now is only the tip of the iceberg of what is to come in the future in every sphere of life here in Australia. We cannot remain silent and be complacent and just roll over and take it, the greatest weapons we have are the right to vote and free speech.

There's one thing politicians understand. Doesn't matter what so-called free country you reside in. If they receive enough pushback. They become concerned about their ability to remain in office. Most politicians are more worried about their next election than their platform.

@@lewisgood9689 That I understand all too well. The problem is that we in other states have no say in the "affairs" of another state. If we were to sign the petition, it could invalidate the whole petition. Laws are meant to control the freedoms of individuals and are usually done in the name of safety but in reality, only penalise the "law-abiding".

NZ was heading in the same direction, previous government caused a slew of problems. Our dear stalkers association did a good job of pushing back against them. The new Government has taken a more talk to groups before changing laws, still a lot of work to do but the direction is a lot better. So there is hope for WA's firearms laws.

“Unjust Laws are Invalid Laws and not to be followed!”
    - Thomas Jefferson
We in this Country, like the USA are Governed under a System of “Common Law”
Under the Common Law Rights are God Given Individual, Inalienable Rights.
The 3 Pillars of the Common Law are the Individual Right to
    Life, Liberty and Property.
If there is a Discrepancy between The State and the Individual,
The Law must rule in favour of the individual.
Control is Power and the Power is Vested by Law with the People!
This is why a “Jury of your Peers” is of higher power than a Judge to protect against Corruption, because Human beings are Corrupt and power Corrupts!!!
Under the Common Law we have 3 Branches of Government,
    Legislative,
    Executive,
    And Judicial.
Each Branch must operate independently and seperate to each other as a Checks and Balance to keep each branch honest!!!
The Police are NOT Allowed to make laws, they are to administer the LAW.
If A Law is Unjust, Illegal or Unconstitutional, Police to not supposed to enforce an unjust Law!!!
Also, the Courts are Supposed to prevent overreach by Police,
    For example,
Booze busses are an Illegal Violation of our rights to Liberty, Presumption of Innocence etc
Hoon Laws are Illegal, as Citizens Cannot be deprived of their property without “Due Process”
The Police or anyone can make an accusation, but it is the courts duty to determine guilt and administer Punishment.
All are Equal under The LAW.
Government was created by man to serve man, they cannot give you anything without first taking from others!!!
If you see a fence between a Courthouse and a Police Station,
That is a Breach of “Public Trust”, “Separation of Powers” and is an attempt to merge together in collusion!!!
The Flooding of the West with unprecedented, unjustified Immigration is designed to drive up the Cost of living and tie up each Country, so the Globalists can Launch Their Slave Army, China🇨🇳 to Especially Invade Australia,
Largely via Western Australia’s North West, hence Large Calibre Rifles, such as those used by Station holders in the North West are being Heavily targeted!!!
The Globalist Invasion of Australia dates back to the Hawke Labour Government, especially the ID

We have the same problems in the state of Illinois/USA where the elected are wanting to dictate to the folks that elected them instead of following what they were elected to do. Bans, registrations, releasing criminals without any jail, etc. Local Police are pretty cool. Our Supreme Court is taking up these causes in a few weeks.
This State put a ban on standard magazines and "scary" looking rifles and listed 170 of them in the law. This Governor donated 1.5 Mil. $$ to 2 judges here to get swayed results. But had 4-5 toilets removed and stored outside his house (Public photos) to reduce his property taxes.
    Crooked beyond belief!
    Chicago and Springfield are corrupt.
And the News is reported the same way.

Having a paper license and a photo ID is ridiculous, there definitely needs to be just one card. Police have access to internet and computers on the road, gun shop owners can check with there computer in store. This whole paper licenses and photo ID sounds like an old 1970’s law. But it police want to QR code is guess they’ll have to QR code every job they go to with a firearm, if they can’t do that then they’ll be breaking the laws they uphold

You're not going to have a choice with the digital ID it will be a condition of having a license and entails a full biometric face scan loaded to a central data base for their facial recognition surveillance system. It has little to do with the convenience of having a digital license as they'll have us believe. You'll be surveilled and persecuted accordingly for being a firearm owner. Surely you are aware of the Digital ID bill Federal Labor rammed through the lower house without debate only weeks back?

Thoroughly appreciate your very measured attitude on this topic Mark. Police will always want more powers of surveillance because it helps them do their job. There's nothing nefarious about that, it just makes sense for them. Politicians have to balance these requests to protect the drawbacks of these powers, namely the privacy and freedoms of the public. Unfortunately the record shows that politicians struggle with this in Australia. Too many people who despair at this balance lapse into conspiracy thinking when it isn't warranted and that actually hurts the cause of freedom.

It's all about votes to say to the public, here we made it safer for the public by taking all these guns of the streets 🤷‍♂️ well it's millions wasted on law abiding shooters go after the law breakings and higher fine and jail sentences

I wonder once they get rid of firearms out of the community, logic would suggest neither should the police have any guns.

Nah, they'll just get bigger and better guns. There existed a time in Australia when police were reasonably approachable. That time has sailed on by, we now have a militarised police force that loves to use intimidation and the presence of military style firearms is a big part of that.

Good on ya fella! Keep up the good work 👍Here in the UK government playing slowly, slowly catchy monkey..spoke to another firearms dealer yesterday who's closing down. No recovery since Covid, lots of people selling their guns because no access to gunpowder, primers etc, target ammo £2 to £3 a round..making it too expensive for the average person to carry on with the sport..

Again ,understand you are under occupation administration fact . Worth reading your bill of rights William and Mary version 1688 , right to arms , on same basis usa has second amendment right from British rule .Australia has to go back to letters patent "an act" therefore all law of England still applies

Sadly, within a few years you wont be able to own any firearms, just as in England.

Sorry to appear to 'hijack' this video, but I think the experience of our fellow shooter in the UK, is something we need to be aware of.
