LePetitSaint Crochet what the heck is the difference? Now I have to look it up. Truthfully, the spike stitch was different than what I learned a spike stitch is. You were making humps with your different stitches. A spike stitch goes into the rows preceding the last row to make a long stitch. I don’t know. This is the thing about crochet, it and it’s terms can be inconsistent from person to person. I much prefer the language of knitting.
@@ktd3184 I made a popcorn stitch with my floral granny square bookmarks and they are a bit different than the bobble stitch. But (yikes) I kept calling the peaks of the star spikes, but there are spike stitches in between each peak.
Lol!! The voice over was totally necessary! I said the complete wrong name for that stitch!!😂😂😂 she loves getting up there and rummaging around in everything! 🐱🐱🐱
