Bauer just entered his prime. His 2-seamer is so beautiful, one of my favorite pitches in the league. Barring a continuation of an injury plagued career, he's got a solid chance at carving out a legendary career. His preperation, stuff & movement, array of pitches all combined with his high-end potential makes it to where it now hard to ignore that he's becoming one of the top pitchers in baseball. This was the season I was waiting for.
@@bendrescher3082 Not a bad pick at all. I came close with my picks this year. Kluber for AL Cy Young and Nola for Cy Young. Both will come in 3rd place.
@@MVPFLF my pick for cy young was 2020 Bauer but all my baseball brethren was smiling because they thought it was a jest but now they smile because they have ligma balls
hopefully he repeats this season in 2020. he was insane this season and I have to imagine it is only a matter of time before he is consistent year after year sitting between a 2.10-2.90 era with a +.500 W/L for a long stretch til he hits his elder years around his age 34-36 season. He has the stuff, he started out 2019 strong posting identical stats to his 2018 stats in April then had bads months throughout and I think some of it had to do with the trade. He is a guy who has to settly in and once he's comfortable and got his routine is when he thrives like he did in 2018. I think maybe because when Kluber went down he and Clevinger were expected to be "the guys" the 1, 2 punch and he is used to just doing his thing and all the pressure maybe got him out of whack. But i expect him to kill it this season especially with the amount of time and effort he puts into even the smallest things. if anyone can have an outlier bad season and pick up where they left off its him.
Bauer's got more more stuff in his bag of tricks than a magician. Indians rotation is down right sick. Kluber, Bauer, Carrassco, and Clev. Not to mention this Bieber kid. Reminds me of the old 90's Braves rotation. Nasty!
🤩🤩🤩
Lol

by far one of my idols. Easily one of the best change ups ever. And his fast ball with the spin rate makes it a nasty pitch
I live in cincy can't wait to see Bauer play GO REDS
love this guy. he can be a great pitcher. needs to just throw strikes. he can hit if he believes. will miss him in cleveland but will follow him.
Welcome to Cincinnati
i always loved this guy even when he was struggling with the d-backs. it was only a matter of time before he finally figured it out.
Welcome to the Reds

Insane breaking balls
He could win CY award if he wasn't injured...
Swung on and missed!
Bauer and Sale would have probably been CY canidates if not for their respective injuries
U know Bauer has Snell beat in multiple categories of pitching ? He is a candidate
but snell was a candidate and he was injured just as long as bauer, I can see why bauer is venting on twitter about this
Sale would've won it easily if he stayed healthy and pitched 200 innings
@@Andy-hb3zp sale getting injured is his fault Bauer wouldn't ever get injured the way sale does
Love this guy as a pitcher he's just always complaining about something
Improved pitcher
Surely the Indians won't break up this rotation
Please do Jose Abreu
You probably havent gotten this much but... reds luis castillo?
Now the Reds have twins
❤ one please one
Altuve and springer please
I wonder if his catcher even knows which of Bauer's five different breaking balls is coming in.... Spin the wheel, which pitch will he deal!?
Stud
Can you do Dereck Rodriguez? One of the few bright spots for the Giants this year.
Easily the most improved pitcher in baseball
nasty stuff
Future Yankees!!
Next video: Fransisco Lindor!!👍
Swear he was getting no run support loool
Not going anywhere on the Indians
Do Mike Mikolas
Now future yankee ?
Lemme guess....swung on and missed. Mix ur calls up a lil bro
