Maximilian Dood was going berserk over the announcement. After the Direct was done, he spent the entire rest of his stream looking up information on the game. So happy for him.
Watched the reaction, dude was just ex-static I believe like the rest of us I know I got so damn hyped I think I scared my neighbors
I was watching live and I couldn't feel my jaw for like 10 minutes, seeing and hearing him in utter shock was a great pay off for the last few years of the freemvc2 movement.
You could tell it was the LAST thing Max expected during a Nintendo direct.
I also loved how for him the direct basically ended there too haha

these games are really special to me, they were the first games i remember playing in an arcade my dad taking me and my sister to play them at the mall and he eventually managed to find us a copy on the ps2 which was really cool
Now we just need Tatsunoko vs Capcom to make it complete

NRS doesn't realize how much a remaster and bundle of all their old games from the arcade era to the 3D era to Shaolin Monks to even MK9 would sell. They are really missing out.

I still remember the day I first played X-Men vs Street Fighter. It was the summer holidays and Im pretty sure I spent that morning watching the X-Men cartoon and playing a few rounds of Street Fighter 2 Turbo. Went to Burger King with my friend and then walked up the stairs behind the building to access the arcade just to see if any of my friends were about when I saw THAT title screen. I couldnt believe what I was seeing. Cyclops from X-Men shaking hands with Ryu from Street Fighter. From that day on I knew I would love this series forever
Ive heard Microsoft doesnt support this games engine anymore. I guess thats why Its missing xbox
i feel like this has to be an error that the game is coming to ps4 and not to actual current gen like series x and PS5, that just feels too weird to have it release on an 11 year old console like that and not the current stuff

I almost bursted in tears i remember when i was a kid i would play this with my older cousins back at their apartment even the arcade version this was ahead of its time so im really looking forward to getting this ima show my younger cousins this and they will love it i kno they will get heated at each other when they fight each other lol

Hell yes!✊️💥Everyone including me are waiting for this to come on today's consoles after we had shoutouts to the public since I spoke to somebody at random online on RUclips about some tag team fighting games for the Sega Saturn versions never released in America due to low sales of the console and the PS1 versions sucked big time due to hardware limitations for us to switch characters as in the arcade versions had. I can't wait for it including The Punisher arcade beat 'em up arcade game to play at home unlike the shitty Sega Genesis version and the PS1 version being cancelled and never completed so I can talk about the badass game on Twitch in the future so stay tuned! The Arcade 1Up version had the SNES video game Marvel Super Heroes: War of the Gems which I still had the physical copy as of today
Beyond hyped to finally try these games out and a message to Bandai Namco: I would KILL for a Soul Calibur or Tekken remastered collection! Especially on the go for Switch 🙌

Honestly I can say that marvel vs capcom 2 age of heroes was and is still the best retro fighting game
The game is for the Playstation 4 and 5 and switch and PC 🖥 waiting for the physical copy and marvel vs capcom 2 is free for the Playstation 4 and 5 and there's seven different games in one disc.

I remember playing MVC2 with my Uncle and I regret not playing more with him as I was a Dumb Kid back in the Day, I bought UMVC3 to understand the point of the Game and it was Fun, then I was having Hope for MVC Infinite and like many it left a Bad Stain in our Hearts, Memories, and Mouth, I always wanted to play the Original Games but it was Difficult and Expensive, even the Arcades are another Can of Worms which watching Nintendo Direct this Announcement it gave me Hope for playing the Original Marvel Capcom Crossover that Made both Companies Popular, Capcom are eating like Kings now as they’re doing everything Right for Game , so take me for this Ride👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏.
