    As a sports Chiropractor myself, I appreciate the thorough and referenced plan of assessment and treatment. I think in future it would be more beneficial to picture someone who exhibits the restriction you are treating. Thank you for representing Chiropractors as competent and knowledgable, it helps our entire profession.

    One question
    While doing functional relative dorsiflezion
    Why r u gliding tibia anteriorly. Isn't mulligan glide always need to be given perpendicular to the movement??..

    How much success do you have for increasing dorsiflexion? My toes can only be at most 4 inches from the wall in order for my knee to reach the wall without my heel coming up. This has been a huge issue in my yoga practice.

    This is a great video, thanks for sharing. I have a question though. What if you have a client who experiences pain in the Talus during Dorsi Flexion? So, they have limited ROM but experience no stretch through the Achillies or Soleus instead experiencing Compression at the front of the Ankle joint. Would it then be necessary to encourage Planter Flexion in order to stretch and, hopefully, release the Ankle first?

    2:04 the guy in this video has mild to moderate letf foot drop!.....or "flat foot"

    • @mitchellb8973
      @mitchellb8973 5 лет назад

      Phuntsok Leksang “foot drop” is a neuropathy issue to the common peroneal nerve or more proximally in the nerve pathway. It prevents dorsiflexion so your foot drops as you walk. This patient does have flat foot though.
