- I Made The INFINITE Upgrade Monkey Even Stronger! BTD6 / Bloons TD 6 - we're once again on a quest to get the strongest ancient monkey possible, and this time with the help of a massive new upgrade that allows us to get rarer weapons!

Honestly it should be a multiplier/ rate increase rather than a decrease on the attack time. It’s just confusing.

@@RobsTheMemer This is how NK describes attack speed changes in every single tower balance update. It's less obvious on first read, but ISAB has explained it in probably every balance change video he's ever mad.
@Benisuber1 the difference is that Ninjakiwi uses "attack cooldown" which is different than "attack speed" or "attack speed boost". Cooldown refers to the time between attacks so when they lower the time it is a buff. As to lower the "attack speed" which would be a nerf as there would be less attacks per second
It must be funny for the Bloons to see what looks like a regular dart monkey only to get annihilated by a badge of random projectiles
Ancient Monkey is why the 0-0-0 dart meme exists.
It was the true 0-0-0 dart that could defeat any and all bloons all along.

So abilities are not effected by the money boost. However you can easily reach the integer limit with money just by buying a couple of farm upgrades (from the weapons not abilities) and spam money boosting weapon upgrades since I believe the money boost is multiplicative :)
true that, I got to the point where my game crashed doing that, I was getting trillions per banana :3 (I only crashed because I had too high attack speed with wall of fire BTW)
Yea even i got to -2 billion cash, it is basically inf money. And also at one point I got like 9 ace paragon upgrades and 3-4 of evry other paragon that you can get, i was at round 180 and it was taking like 10 mins per round.
another thing he kinda brain farted on XD, money boost applies to weapons, not abilities, cause the upgrade upgrades *weapons*

@@MayoOverlord You can just buy whatever you want, the number doesn't change, it stays at -2 bil.
By the way, money boost doesn’t work on abilities because they have a fixed limit. But they work on “weapons” meaning plantation or BRF. And it’s pretty op after a few boosts, snowballing into getting more money/boosts with each upgrade.
This is because the range, attack speed, and money boosts are multiplicative.
for example, two 1.5x money boosts isn't 2.0, but instead 2.25x the original amount. likewise, two 0.7 attack speed rolls isn't 0.4 or 60%... but instead around 0.31 or a 69% speed increase. Only the Pierce and Damage is additive
From what ive researched...
- Money multipliers only work for bannana farm upgrades.
- Abilities are unaffected by stronger weapons.
- Higher tier weapons use crosspaths, rare and above i believe. (Double shot seeks.)
- its possible to get MIB from abilities and it also allows for camo detection.
- its better to aim for as many weapons as possible before upgrading stronger weapons.
- - The only thing newer weapons sometimes work with is more range.
- The new weapons dont come with tower features like the Legend of the Night's portal.
- Gatling gun towers are finniky but they do lock on automatically.
- There are different modes for the tower such as; first, last etc. I Believe only a few allow for spike factories to work properly, otherwise they shoot towards bloons instead of randonly scattered.

You should try the Monkey City with the Ancient Monkey, as this improves your Elite Sniper abilities and cash generation per pop
The weapons can get a bit buged sometimes when you get an upgrade like darlinggun or spike factory and you can fix this by switching from the targeting "first" to "normal" then back to "first"
The money boost increases the value of bananas made from already existing banana farm weapons (you have to have them before the upgrade) but it stacks really well and if you get like a few BRFs or maybe even a banan central it can make a ton of money

ISAB really skipped a 7 damage buff for 1.15x money
I would love to see the 'Upgrade' gives '+x Paragon tier' too after the first Paragon weapon.
i would mainly just like to see a complete rework
have the price of upgrades be based off of the upgrade in question, and then have stronger weapons scale with how many weapons you have, and specifically, how strong your weapon is
this would take a lot of calculations and coding obviously but you can even just make it "this benefits from damage" which would make a damage upgrade significantly more expensive if you have, say, any of the spike factory upgrades
Far as I know, there are exotic rolls on stronger weapon, but you don't see too many of those until prices get absurdly high (like 5-6 digits per stronger weapon).
And yeah, this mod can snowball everything so hard that beating rounds in the 10k+ range isn't asking for much on the right run.
Spike factory upgrades are kinda wonky, you need to change the targeting everytime you pick one them for it to actually work better.
Also getting abilities dont work with money boosts, get banana farm upgrades and then money boosts and those will start making a lot of money
one thing they should implement is the weapon upgrade should highlight whatever is being upgraded
or grey out the text for the changes that arent doing anything, the x1.0 or 0.

The money boost only works on the actual upgrades in the new weapon. You can choose banana farm upgrades in there and that is where the money boost works. Also, you should wait to buy stronger for when you actually need the stronger weapon because it upgrades every weapon you have at the time.

You should try out the Boss Rush Recharged mod.
Looking at the source code, the odds of getting Godly is 1% per slot once the 75K upgrade is bought.
EDIT: It appears the modder made it so only the last two slots can be Godly, effectively halving the rate further.
So the odds of getting a godly is once every 25 purchases, interesting
Would absolutely love to see a video on this mod where you select a couple of weapons, and upgrade them to their extremes. Kind of like super buffing but by changing base stats. Like i’m imaging a bouncing bullet + thorn projectile dealing 100+ damage at supersonic speed. Would be fun since you actually get to see what is doing all the damage.
Now I kinda wanna see Isab do a chimps run with this tower
He'd have to avoid money abilities and the banana upgrades. They still work on chimps even though normally they wouldn't.
The money boost on stronger weapons only applies to non ability money makers, so greater production, banana plantation, BRF, BC, and also XXXL Trap
im pretty sure the money boost is exponential for the farms so its kinda broken unless they changed it

Money buff only affects weapons (banana farm), not abilities. Also in my testing, the MIB ability only affects the ancient monkey itself, even if it has full map coverage, and there isn't a buff indicator from it, so I'm guessing perma brew did the same thing. Just buffed the ancient monkey without a buff indicator. Could be wrong though.
The money boost on the stronger weapon doesn’t work on ability’s. The damage and money boost in stronger weapons stacks for example if you have a 2x money boost then you get another 2x money boost you’ll now get a 4x money boost that applies for everything

I don't think ISAB noticed when the money multiplier made the banana drops more valuable. With that it'll be possible to get more powerful faster, making more difficult maps and bosses more doable.

I tried this mod after the last video, and it's super fun...especially when you get 5 monkeynomics abilities XD

The money boost in stronger weapon only applies to bananas gotten through new weapon. It does not work with abilities that make money or cash from popping bloons.

Hey Isab, I was thinking that with the addition of the sub paragon and it's buffs to heroes, maybe it would smart to redo the god boosted heroes with the addition of the sub paragon buff :)
challenge idea: you're not allowed to take the highest rarity you roll
only exception being when you roll 3 of the same rarity
eventually chimps so you can't make profit... even in that case i could see this tower making it to round 200

I don't mean solo a boss with it, you'd die super hard, but try playing a boss normally, except from the decond boss spawn onwards, spend all your money on an ancient monkey. Buy the 75 k upgrade immediately, and spam weapons then upgrades, and see where that gets you?

No, because the Ancient Monkey is a primary tower. Dreadbloon would be invulnerable to all of Ancient Monkeys attacks while immune to primary
when you multiply a number by a number under 1 the number decreases, for example 10*0.5 = 5
If you're talking about the attack speed, it multiplies the time between attacks not the actual attack rate. So 1 * 0.9 is 0.9 seconds between attacks for example
