you're welcome! i also do voice overs professionally and this mic is a great tool for it. it captures clean and crisp audio. it's not as loud as i want it to be, but it's fairly easy to amplify it using an audio editing tool - like audacity.

bro this video so major i started back streaming like month ago and got everything i needed again last thing was a mic got one off of merci app and it came with all the parts no directions straight from china not even a brand name. thought i was going to have to send it back.found ur video and u legit had exact same stuff except my mic black and dont have name. watched video as i went along got my mic set up and running in less than 20 min you a life saver i see this 4 years old i hope u are continuing to make content god bless

Um cheap mics breaks very fast, I have a cheap 50$ mic like this and broke in a few months and you could hear was background noises and static.
Just set it up with the soundcard, not usable, have to come to 1 cm to get 6%, can't record anything, is it necessary to get Phantom power?

Yeah. But you must note that this a Condenser mic, it picks sound from side ways.

What piece do you mean at 2:24? Do you mean the microphone holder, it removes any sound that comes from your table if you punch it for example

The sound pickup pattern for this microphone IS NOT from the end as shown.
It is from the side, specifically from the side with the model number on it. Also, it is a condenser
mic that requires a 48 volt power source to properly work. A smart phone does not supply this 48 volts.
It will work without the 48 volts, but with much reduced quality.
How do u use the another mic holder? the small one.

yes po! i personally have recorded audio clips derecho sa phone. i use a samsung galaxy s10. although, some phones may require an audio splitter. madaming youtubers na rin ang nakita kong gamit itong mic na to. anyway, have fun po with it!
