x BASS AND TREBLE : You can just use this effect instead of custom Equalization to add lows and highs as well. It is the simplest way, not professional but just for quick editing or beginners.
- EQUALIZE : This step will be different for everyone! But the general concept remains the same. Increase Lows and Highs, while keeping your voice natural and original.

Equalization has been removed from Audacity, superseded by the two new effects:
Filter Curve EQ - uses drawn curves for the equalization
Graphic EQ - users sliders for the equalization (similar to hardware graphic equalizers)
