On the contrary, I think Jordan's tired of Oli's "out there" ideas where it tend to make the songwriting lose focus and direction. He's mention that in at least one interview.
I work at one of the venues from the UK tour they did in January this year ...Jordan was part of the band / still scheduled to be apart of the UK tour in January as of the 15th of December (5 days before the leaving announcement) according to the set / rigging plans sent across to us. His keyboards were still part of the set lay out sheets.
I can't wait for post-human 3, knowing the entire band Is having a say now...good things are to come, i loved jordan's contributions but it is time to move on, post human 3 is going to be fire Also Rip isn't a diss it bleeds into the rest of the album lore
They even talked about the quality v quantity thing for parasite eve in their web series where it was jokey banter between them. Clearly showcased the two ideas though. I think it went deeper than that- I forgot that Jordan clip you showed where he was talking about how adventurous Oli wants a bring me song to sound to him whereas Jordan would like something more basic. I would say this definitely showcases their different headpsaces a lot. Awesome video though. I don’t think rip is a diss at all, it seems to be about the fictional world and characters within it from the ai perspective of eve, it seems fully conceptual as one of the characters in the albums world has a daughter- on the cover of nexgen, the second verse says “but it’s people like your daughter who give humans a bad name” which seems like its fully from the outside looking in, and as for the outro, i believe its fallen not fish that the guy says and they cut the word for a cheesy nod.
Jordan sounds a lot like a studio producer with his maximizing productivity approach, which is great for artists hiring him to get a job done but can be exhausting as a long term band member (especially if the band wants to experiment and push boundaries).

I have never been a real bmth fan. I really liked there is a hell and sempiternal, but that's it, so I've mostly viewed this out of casual interest. Looking at it, it seems that sykes and fish should've done a side project. If they basically took away creative contribution from the other members, then it's not really the same band anymore. Perhaps it could've prevented some resentment from forming and basically leading to fish's departure so the other members could start contributing again.
My guess is people who subscribe to this channel do so mostly for Hip Hop adjacent content (Ye, Weeknd, Carti, JPEG Mafia, etc). I don’t know this band but I like Kacey’s videos so I clicked out of curiosity and enjoyed it.

i was depressed for weeks when this happened, jordan fish is my idol. really glad he's doing his own work now, but hope he makes a solo album at some point and doesn't just give all his best tunes to others like Poppy and HOP. (poppy album is incredible tho for real)
I have a crazy theory. Oli and Jordan both wanted BTMH to become the biggest rock band in the world, a band just as popular as Linkin Park. But then they heard rumors that LP was coming back (they could’ve ran into Mike Shinoda in Los Angeles while touring with FOB last year). This revelation crushes that dream, and the band splits up in frustration. Oli allows himself to dive into the heavier stuff again, and gets Lee and the two Matts involved again. Jordan moves on to produce for other metalcore acts, which seems to be what he wanted to do this entire time.
My theory (and even stated by Oli in past interviews following Jordans departure) is that BMTH had turned into the Oli and Jordan show and rather than finish Post Human: NexGen, they decided to do multiple collaborations with Tom Morello, Ed Sheeran, Masked Wolf, Sigrid, blackbear/ slander, Corpse, MGK, yungblud, to the point where the other band members felt left out. You can also argue that Jordan took over the bands sound after Sempiternal. Jordan was trying to make BMTH the biggest band they could be whereas the rest of the group wanted to return to a normal pace/ felt burned out. Oil also stated that when Jordan left, “the band felt like their space was back”. There’s also the financial aspect of the band, maybe Jordan wanted a bigger cut of the bands future releases, which may explain why NexGen was delayed multiple times as they could not come to an agreement and eventually decided to departure. Keep in mind that Jordan is also has 2 kids, so maybe part of his departure is due to him wanting to take on more of a father role to his family. Not only that but from a musical aspect he’s always been the bands in house producer/ songwriter, so i’d make sense for him to start working with other artists in the scene (Architects, Poppy, Spiritbox, Bad Omens)
