I feel like the imps need to be more spread out for the large number tests. As it is, all they can do is hit each other until the Afrits get up to altitude, at which point the imps tend to dominate (on nightmare). Which would be fine, but realistically in actual levels none of the monsters in Doom or Hexen are ever lined up in formation like that.
Imp vs Flying Imp! This is the first time I've seen a Heretic / Hexen monster fare far worse in Nightmare than a Doom counterpart. Very interesting results.
It looks like the Afrit has no Nightmare setting on it, unless it makes them strafe more? However it's original AI for strafing and shooting are still pretty good.
Hexen is an interesting game. Some of the enemies are much weaker/less aggressive than their heretic/doom counterparts, like the Ettin/Afrit, while others are OMG powerful/aggressive like the Wendigo who would be virtually unstoppable if they didn't hurt themselves with their own frost shards.
One problem is the AI of the Afrits doesn't really take advantage of their speed and mobility. They hang in one spot too long and usually don't fire as often as they could, making them far more vulnerable.
Had no idea Hexen was sit in an islamic setup lol, but I also never played it, I'm more Gargoyle type! _Afrit is an Arabic word and mostly associated with the Islamic version of demons I guess (explaining the joke lol)_

Now I have to know how the Heretic Gargoyle stacks up against these two.
What're those Aflacs supposed to be? Bats?
My bois held up, though!
They're Gargoyles.
3:18 I like how a bunch of the imps just walk away at first like they don't really want to fight.

Holeh Moleh!! Doom monster use to struggle against flying foes but c'mon, they owned that giant bats 😮
Don't underestimate nightmare imps 😎👌
3:18 would be relaxing to break those afrits with Timon's Axe

That giant mound of Afrits on the 2000 and 3000 battles...

And there was a firefight !
Incredibol
а музыка в этот раз из хексена звучала? в первую часть не играл, а в думе не помню такого мотива
Can we pit 100 of these against the Hexen heroes?
Bull demons vs Ettins
