  • Raw carrots are said to contain a unique undigestible fibre, which helps to detox excess estrogen. They have been found to help by preventing the reabsorption of estrogen from the intestine, meaning the liver can more effectively regulate metabolism.
    Apple Cider Vinegar has been said to alleviate bloating and cramping associated with PMS.
    Plus imo this is an overall healthy salad snack that tastes delish.
    Ingredients:
    - 1 Carrot
    - Salt
    - Pepper
    - Lemon
    - Apple Cider Vinegar
    - Chia seeds
    - 1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

      My life has now changed for the better on low carb, sugar free and no veggie oil. Many ailment GONE!

      @@liu.uI disagree. There are many Nonna’s here in America whose ancestors came from Italy and then there are the Nonna’s born and raised and still in Italy. There’s a HUGE difference in the way they, cook, interact with the family and carry tradition. My in-laws are Sicilians that came here in their 20’s and they can’t even relate so much anymore to the family that’s still there. I mean they mostly behave the same, but they have definitely become “Americanized” 😆

    I knew Ray Peat, I was introduced to this salad by Lita Lee PhD., I was referred to her about 15 years ago by my therapist cause I refused anti-depressants. So my therapist went on a mission to help me.
    I have been in this salad for 13 plus years.
    It’s a magical thing.
    Eat it daily.
    Makes you regular.
    Liver detoxes estrogen, the carrot salad with the other ingredients binds it so you excrete it.
    It is a simple effective remedy and cheap.
    Do it. Of course you need to have a nutrient rich diet.

If it regarding a health thing and a cleanse thing it's going to ginger. Potato in a salad mix like this sounds beyond disgusting. I highly doubt it's that plus it's not commonly eaten raw and again. Wrong texture. Potatoes are usually more stiff than what's shown here. That looks very much like ginger

    Hi!!!👋 I have a question. I have been working out and the only food I've been eating is eggs. Is there any easy to cook foods I can eat? Oh and I am 14 years old and you inspired me to workout and be healthy!! So thank you!!!😄💖

    • @delilah.-
      @delilah.- Год назад +15

      hey! I'm definitely not an expert but maybe don't limit your food intake to just eggs! there are plenty of other food that contain as much as protein as eggs that you can check online!

    • @shirasmith6796
      @shirasmith6796 Год назад +9

      make sure you're eating from all food groups (protein, carbs, healthy fats) . Balance is what's healthy...not just eating eggs. Plus you need carbs post workout to properly build muscle. Post workout meals should be 3:1 ratio of carbs to protein. Hope this helps!!!

    • @ang123brando8
      @ang123brando8 Год назад +1

      @@shirasmith6796o, you do not need carbs. That is old-school thinking. Do some research on fasting, ketovore, keto and carnivore diets. No need for carbs ever! Your body Kinburn key tones for energy

    None of the health claims you're making are verified. However, eating raw vegetables is good for gut health, as is ACV if its made from and contains mother (unpasteurised otherwise the heat kills the beneficial elements). Although I enjoy raw carrots too, the nutritional value is improved when lightly steamed FYI.
