Why are we sleeping on Warcraft (2016)??? Critics...

Critics and Rotten Tomatoes have a bad habit of being establishment assets and tanking great movies before they ever have a chance. Warcraft , based on the Blizzard game, has been bombed by the critics (29%) while this fantasy action movie is loved by the audience (76%)! Warcraft is directed by Duncan Jones and starring Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Ben Foster, and Dominic Cooper and so many others!

Gotta call y'all out, the South Park WoW episode was in 2006, 10 years before this. 😂 The player base was definitely dwindling by the time this came out, and I agree it would've been successful if it had come out sooner.

I enjoyed this way more on a rewatch. Didn’t care for it the first time. I think in general these sorts of films just aren’t that interesting to mass audiences. DnD Honor Among Thieves was a great film, positive word of mouth, still nobody saw it. Furiosa sounds like it’s a great film with positive word of mouth, but nobody went to see it. This would have worked better as a streaming series. Especially if they were going for a giant sweeping building to an epic war at the end.
