We live on the edge of 8b, almost 9, and every container plant that I have attempted has died to insects, mainly ants. I am determined to learn from you, Ms. Pam! ❤
Now, seeing my yellow pear, small tomatoes are developing, waiting on my small cherry tomato. See Bloom with no tomatoes as of yet. This weather here in Indiana's been wacky !!
Garden looks 👍 nice Pam and is thriving I never have used 511 but it seems to be good It is so hot where I am so I cannot get out too much but I like the organic fertilizer spikes I am going to try the 511 have a great day and God Bless.
Hello! First time watching from AZ. My hubs waters the garden by setting the hose to spray over everything for a good ten minutes or so. Is he watering wrong? We can't get a garden going in the hot summer months, so he just pulled everything up from the garden for now. Enjoying your videos! Thank you.
Hey and welcome! I wouldn't say its wrong, but a lot of plants don't lie there leaves wet, however, if it works keep doing it. As for growing in the summer, whatever you like or want to grow research a variety of that food that is heat tolerant one zone hotter than yours. Those plants should do well in your heat if they thrive in hotter weather. Thanks!
I haven’t had a problem with rodents but my Amazon store link is in the description and they are in the store. Not the wishlist. The other Amazon link. Thanks
Hi Pam Thank you for doing this video. I have been interested in using 511 but is a little hesitant. Does it have a strong scent that could possibly attract cats, etc.
Honestly. People complain about the smell all the time but I have found that the wind and air take the smell away within minutes for minutes but I think everyone is different in that area thanks
Wow! You are definitely filled with so many talents. From being a chef to being a gardener! This is awesome!

Your plants are so healthy. Here i. Houston, it is over 100 for several days. I had to cover my tomatoes with some shade cloth. Enjoy your harvest.🍅
I just subscribed.
I put fish fertilizer on before it rains. It makes my garden pop🌱☀️
It sure does!!!
Great information thanks for sharing
I even think it would be good to fill the can 1/2 way first.
Lovely video! You’re just so knowledgeable and talented! Next video … what is that lovely contraption connecting your hose to your hose sprayer? ❤
Add your water to the watering can first then add the furtilizer Stir with a stick. No foam.
I use to do it that way but I never seemed to stir it well. There was always residue in the bottom. Thanks
Hi pam this is Ruth i f i may ask a question what are the plant covers callled ?
What is the lomi that breaks down your compost love your channel
I just posted a video yesterday and while watching click view products and you’ll see it. Thanks
Great video as always. Thanks for the good info. I have a filter too, but I put mine at the faucet so I won't break it.

Hi again, Do you fertilize herbs? Is 5-1-1 fish emulsion safe for herbs?

Put shade cloth over your plants o the don burn up in the hot 🌞
What is that connected to your waterholes
A filter!!!
Do you have any suggestions for sources for large containers that won’t break the bank?
No unless you use rubber totes and put holes in
Where do you get those clear netted covers that you have over your plants and what are they called? Do they keep rodents out?
I haven’t had a problem with rodents but my Amazon store link is in the description and they are in the store. Not the wishlist. The other Amazon link. Thanks
@@TheScaredyCatGardener Thank you.
That’s right get every bit out of there, fertilizer is expensive
