Ingredients:
1. 2 Cups Diced Potatoes
2. 1 Cup Carrots
3. 1 Cup String beans
4. 1/2 Cup Celery
5. 2 Cups Onions
6. 1 Can Corn
7. 1 Can Green Peas
8 Fresh Diced Tomatoes
9. 1 Cup Broth or Water
10. 2 cans Tomato Soup
Add all ingredients in crockpot except can tomato soup . Cook 2 hours on high or until potatoes and onions are tender. Then add tomato soup. cook additional 1/2 hour for tomato soup to heat. Add pepper and salt to taste.

Looks yummy. I know you cannot have the sodium but try Mrs. McCormick or Mrs. Dash with no salt. I’m like you don’t need the sodium so I try these instead of using salt.

That soup looks so good. We are having a wind storm, snow and temperatures that will be below zero today. Homemade soup is on the menu!
