I just picked up my first Ravin Crossbow, the R29X, my pops got the R10X. Having shot both, I would have got the R10X if I wasn't looking for something just a little smaller in overall length. Both bows are +/- 1fps consistently on my chrono to what they state you should get on each model and are phenomenally accurate. Cant wait to take them out this year! Make sure you have a good crossbow target. They spit.
So the sniper package has the adjustable turret scope. From what I’ve seen, the speed tapes are in 10 yard increments. Is this true? Or are your speed tapes every yard like HHA?
Just a recommendation. I would replace the factory rest with the premium rest. I had the pins that secure the wheels fall out with less than 30 shots through it ruining a expensive arrow. Just glad I was only target shooting and not shooting at big game.
for anyone who has used this scope, what are your pros and cons? Sorry, I'm not too interested in the crossbow itself, as I bought he scope and I'm going to install it on my R5X
I have harvested several deer with the R9 and will be giving it as a gift and upgrading to the new R29X Sniper for the 2024 deer season.
Amazing Crossbow!

A director of sales that's a good guy ....lol ...yeah right .
You talked it to death but you are all show and no go. I don't believe it does anything but sit on a pedestal apparently.
