- 7 weeks out! 15km run around Princes park followed by a pathetic swim in the rain at Brunswick Baths on Friday night.
Intervals on Zwift on Saturday was the best session I've had since this block began 7 weeks ago. Went to an Accidentally Wes Anderson exhibition in the CBD then off to Chinatown for some dumplings.
Sunday was a long run from Brunswick in the Northern Suburbs to Elwood down at the beach in the South.
Productive sessions and been non stop all week - gunning for it now!

What do you do for recovery given your training volume is pretty high?
@@jd9785 recovery definitely not my strong suit! An easy day with a gym session or a big walk once a week at the minute - not entirely sure what I’m doing haha need to get better at sitting on my arse!
What watch do you use?
Garmin Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire Solar - it's a cracker, would recommend!
