    Hey mate love the video. No such thing as a perfect cadence but you will be alot more efficient getting your cadence up to 80-90rpm. Good thing to practice now, your legs will thank you on race day trying to run off the bike

      Sorry I've just seen this mate, no idea how I missed it!! I will absolutely give this a try going forward, I think it's finally clicking that my cadence is way off haha!!
