Absolutely bursting to share this with everyone!
Quick swim at Brunswick Baths - first time back in the pool properly since Melbourne 70.3 training block.
150k on the cards down on Beach Road from Elwood to Frankston and back twice - an absolute shift for where my cycling fitness is at the moment. Glad to get it done though and certainly learned a lot from it.
Some big news and some huge plans for 2025 - going to be a mad year and I’m allll for it! Buzzing to get stuck in and give it a good crack.

Running & Camping in Wilsons Prom

Overnight camping at Tidal River Campsite in Wilson Prom National Park. Picked an absolute day for it and had an unbelievable 3 hour drive down the coast and through some rural Victoria to reach here. 10km run around the campsite and up Mount Oberon very slowly before heading down to Squeaky Beach for a dip in the sea and a few cans. Veryyyy nice day and will be doing more of this in summer!!

The big day is finally here and what an unbelievable day it was! Can't say thank you enough to everyone for all of the support leading up to this and on the day itself - absolutely blown away. What a mad journey! 3 and half months ago I could barely swim 50m without dying and had barely any cycling experience. 4 Weeks to go! A weekend away from Brunswick spent down in Rosebud at the Fairways Motel. Left early bells on Saturday and headed straight for Mount Matha Beach to swim in open water for the first time. Freezing water but overall, not a bad experience at all!
