Made this with one large egg instead of three whites and used a ripe banana instead of pumpkin and it’s so good! Love the recipe, keep up the chaotic work.
To up macros you could toss in some ground flax seed and some oat fiber to add in omega 3’s and decrease the carbs by increasing the fiber. If you do those additions be sure to add some water as they will absorb more liquid. Nice recipe!
I would love to see nutrition facts broken down before I want to indulge but 100% looks healthier than most brownie recipes so definitely a good swap idea over all.

Actually pumpkin purée is made of squash of various varieties and so if you’re looking for a substitute try and yellow or orange squash cooked and mashed. I would think butternut boiled or baked until soft would work.

ive tried this a couple of times now and at 250F (120C) for 20 mins it never fully cooks. in fact its just goo inside. my air fryer cupcake setting is 160C for 30mins so i guess ill try that next. tastes great tho
@@RahulKamat You can separate egg whites with a water bottle by sucking the yolk into the bottle. While it can be effective with practice, it is easy to suck up egg whites with the egg yolk or break the yolk. It’s fun for the videos!

I usually replace the total weight of the two with an equal amount of pescience select protein powder. It isn't 50/50 exactly, but it works in recipes where both is called for!

Fresh eggs separate much easier than older eggs though, so if you use older eggs (eg. sitting in the fridge for a couple weeks) the integrity of the yolk is much more likely to break down. If you do have some elderly eggs though, hard boil them - they peel easier

Sweet potato, silken tofu or apple sauce would work (or a combo of two or three of these) but it would change the nutrition a bit
