Blind cats can move perfectly fine. They can jump on chairs, beds, cat trees without falling. Their memory is very important as they make a map of the room in their brain. Moving obstacles suddenly will make them confused.

I think often it's from viruses, from the mother inside or something...cats who survive in the streets. Or an insect like a cockroach inside the head and at the back of the eye..eating it's way, getting thicker and so the eye ball pulls outside, the vet must look and to get rid of the insect, pus is coming out the eye and smells very bad and I don't know if there are possibility's to see again as in: where that insect was etc. But if not, the vet removes the eye and that place heals, and because of the insect was out on time, the other eye could stay and see. Here we have a program Dr.Pol and he is a very good vet in the Usa and it's on tv.

He's not blind. He saw the bed and judged the distance and jumped up. If he didn't see the bed he would have bumped into it.
