Imagine if you could earn 50x your yearly salary by doing a "kitten rescue" video in your third world country..... The incentive is very VERY high.

And then they have to be expected because you're the boss. - - it has worked very well with me all these years and I have several several cats And they get along, with the occasional spats for territory it's pretty peaceful here.
