2 organic oranges
1 package phyllo pastry dough
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup olive oil
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
2-3 oranges sliced to decorate (optional)
Syrup:
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
zest of 1 orange
