Hey guys! Have you ever wanted to make French style pastries at home that taste exactly like to bakery? Well with todays 2 quick and easy recipes these taste even better than any bakery!
I'm going to be showing you how to make a really quick and easy raisin snap or as they call it in French pain aux raisin. This roll has a delicious sweet and creamy vanilla pastry cream on the inside wrapped in a spiral with plump juicy raisins. Absolutely to die for. The second pastry is one of the most popular an almond roll with sweet almond cream inside buttery puff pastry and tons of crunchy almonds.

Ingredients:
Raisin Snail:
1/2 cup Raisins
Apricot Jam for glaze
1 Cup Milk
3 Tbs. Sugar
2 Tbs. Cornstarch
2 Egg Yolks
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Tbs. Butter
2 sheets puff pastry
Almond roll:
1 egg
1/2 cup room temperature butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup almond flour
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup marmalade
Powdered sugar
2 sheets puff pastry
These are going to bake in a preheated oven at 400 F. for 17-20 minutes.
