Always amazing to see how hard you work and how much effort you put into sharing the journey with everyone! You're incredible dad :)
Was waiting for this to pop thanks Graham and Congrats on a well earned First!
Just a ton of grit! Way to go Uncle Graham!
I could literally feel Grahams anguish and determination true grit. Way to go, Graham.
That was pure insanity. All the finishers should have gotten gold. Congrats
Awesome job. Thank you for sharing. I really liked the subtitles and the 3rd person footage you added. That looked fun but brutal.
Well done Graham, congrats on your finish! Nice to see a GoPro of the whole course.
Graham, great job riding and filming! You killed it (or it almost killed you..). Respect!
Congratulations on your finish, your effort, and vlog. From mildly similar experience truly shows what goes on during off road trail riding. This is a well spent almost two hours for anyone with similar interest.
Holly shit!
I need this in my life, I think. Who knew I'd want to buy an Enduro bike...
I knew I'd love this video, Graham!! That was a seriously tough race. WELL DONE!!! 🏆
Absolutely amazing riding!! When I make a wish it's to have skill like that some day. 💪😀👍
I watched the whole 1:50 ... seriously well done! I know the feeling of that exhaustion very well, when the smallest obstacle normally becomes a big problem you know you are at your limits and it takes a crazy MOFO to keep going. Well done you absolute mad man!
Stumbled across this video. Massive respect from the UK👊🏻
What a relentless course! Full gnar the whole way, very little easy stuff.
Great to see an old guy crush it, i would have expired in an hour
So appreciate you! Your abilities have been an inspiration to me for years. Thanks for the ride-along!
Amazing ride, video, and machine. Well done sir
Fantastic commentary. Great job on the finish. Cheers
So excited to see this! Congrats Graham
This is Beyond Hard Enduro!!!😆😆😆😂😂😂😂😂😂
Great Ride!
👍
Whoosh I was exhausted just watching from my comfy chair in my cozy living room! That course looked brutal to just hike on foot, never mind trying to ride it! Well done Graham, and thx for sharing this awesome video… love the narration and comments.
You are a legend!
That bike is like a tractor , lugging up those hills like nobody’s business
Congrats!! That was just a hell of a ride. Your determination is just on a GOLD level:)) I know how it feels to be exhausted on a race but really wanting to finish it. Great job!
That was several thousand grunts I didn't know I needed. Awesomeness
Wow bloody amazing the only thing ya didn't do was cry cause I was just watching. Feeling ya pain, personally haven't ridden that hard of a ride myself but pure exhaustion is close to HELL that's just so O for Awesome!!!
Amazing effort Graham! I cold FEEL every moment of the suffering. So happy you filled your struggle so we could all appreciate the difficulty of that race. Please describe how that evening and the next day unfolded!!! I can only imagine you pushed your body to the very brink…
Crazy how steep this looks on camera. These cameras make big hills look flat usually
Just goes to show how crazy this actually is actually being there
You’re an inspiration Graham! Hats off to your effort. This race lives up to its name.
Wow. That was tough. Well done, Graham. Respect
Awesome! Enjoyed watching every minute but now I have a crick in the neck and a touch of lockjaw!😁👊
Great job!! That looked so brutal.
This is sooo nice!!! Congrats, Grant! :)
this is so crazy sir, you are an absolute beast!
Epic ride , epic footage , well done mate .
Impressive riding and determination! Great video.
Amazing video, keep going.😍
This was nuts! Congrats!
truly great trail! Kudos for the organizers for setting up such a nice race track and kudos for Mr T. for his skill and determination!
I couldn’t be more impressed. Very well done, as an ex motocrosser and enduro rider I was with you on every turn.
Awesome inspiring video, best I've watched ever, thanks for sharing. I loved the different camera shots, which put a real perspective on the course, I'm 57 and know the struggle of getting an aging body to the end.
I could never have the patients for this, Or the energy, lol, I would be done with in the first ten mins, Got to admire the enthusiasm in getting up a hill like this, I bet the old knees gets older faster after a few years of this, lol.....
Fair play in even doing this....
Great video! Love the multiple camera shots!
Absolutely amazing body to watch that Enduro great work out there
Amazing video... watched it second by second... I could feel your pain and suffering 💪 💪💪
Great video. Newer before one can sense the struggle and exhaustion during these kind of races as you can from this film. I think anyone can relate, who have done these kind of long Hard Enduro races or rides. But your´s was on another level. I actually skipped some last bits of the video, because I felt so sorry for you. Like it somehow helps you :D Anyway. Thanks for sharing this realistic side or riding. And great job finishing the race!
Dude, a sufferfest and you suffer very well, that was epic and thanks for sharing and not bleeping, so much better and authentic with everything real, I hope you keep riding in any event or with friends I will watch the video, because I live in Utah and I ride the Intermountain west, I have stories, breaking snow drifts around the Grand Canyon /Flagstaff in the spring, flew off a small cliff and put my bike in a tree, it wasn't easy getting the bike out, so I feel your pain and I have some epic pics and video to share. Anyway, your a good man and a funny guy, love your video.
Nice to see the course! from a computer chair! wow, that's crazy. Great job!!
I ran some numbers and correcting for your age, you beat Trystan! Congratulations
You guys must be insane! 😂❤️
That was awesome ! . I always think to myself..... why do I put myself through this , but in the end ill always be back .
Good on you !!
I'm getting winded just watching, those are some jacked up trails!
Cease to amaze bro...well done!!!
So good! Insane hard enduro
Wow! Solid work sir!!!
Wow, nice work! Thanks for sharing. I know how hard those trails can be first hand. I also have a freeride, and on the island too. Great bike. Except for the starter. Haha. Yours had no issues.
I got muscle cramps watching this.
Nice work, I was exhausted just watching 😅
great JOB!
Congrats Graham!
Great freeride test video too. That thing is a bit tougher than given credit for.
Well done Graham
yer a beast dude... i dont know why but i wanna try it.... mental
Amazing overcoming adversity and achieve personal physical prowess. I have the same integrity but in such a lower level of riding. I’m about to be 47yo and started learning off-road when I was 45. I have struggled so much in the easiest terrain. But I look back at my progress over the time and it’s amazing. I put in a lot of seat time. And I love these kind of videos. Especially ppl that struggle on every level. Talk about pushing your limits eh?
Love the video, just bought a ktm freeride to find there has been a re-call because of a fire hazard with the fuel tank. Worth checking out
wow nice work - that is some serious riding there fella, bravo - one day a camera will give us and the land justice, one day
Well done, there was not any section of the race that you could relax, all work all the time. Congrats.
Nice job!
Nice ride, please explain to the neofites why you are up with the gold riders while riding silver. Why that is, so they don't assume you are a sand bagger. Great footage, thank you. Trystan!
U R THE MAN!!!!!
Great ride you have a very effective control of your clutch. I was surprised I never heard you load the flywheel maybe could save some energy?
This is awesome, im pretty new to enduro style riding, Ive done some pretty easy low key trails. Some of the climbs in this I dont know if I would have made it being 100 percent rested let alone worn out.. Awesome riding and video.. CONGRATS on the win thats awesome
Man only 6 people finished thats amazing, it seems if you get stuck back in the pack youre done for cause youre having to wait and push way more cause soo many people are on the trail and in your way, seems like pushing to be out front would actually make it easier in the end cause those climbs arent packed with riders.. maybe they should let waves of people go every couple minutes or something, more people might finish. That was an amazing ride.
This is nuts. Good lord
I’m a downhill wimp. This video scared me. 😂 Great job man.
Super fucking impressive old man! Cheers!!!
Top effort
wich tire do u use ? It's seems to have a very good grip in this wet forest ! The freeride have a huge torque indeed ? 🤔
love your video, i'm in the wood suffering with you ! 🥵👏👏👏💪
Some of those sections seem more a test of strength than bike riding skill😮
That's probably the most intense riding I've ever seen. Great Job man! Also... WHO TF designed that lol
This was awesome well done. I would kill to see some footage of how someone like Trystan handled some of those hills, was he helped or did he manage etc.
OH just saw the Trystan footage lol that was awesome
**FIRST OFF, GREAT JOB** As an ex Pro myself, I can only give one HUGE advise (I know, that gets old, trust me,) But, listen, it's very important, I know it's easier said then done. NEVER, I mean Never hold your breath, even when you are grunting (and there was a lot of it) no matter your age or condition, every single time you impede your breathing, even a little, you are restricting oxygen flow thru your blood stream, and when you do that, your body is working harder to get that oxygen. The harder your body works, the more exhaustion you get. Grunt 100 times, and your body is working those 100 times, Think about it. Try to breath evenly throughout the entire time, I know, easier said then done, but the more you do that the less tired you get. A celebrity trainer told me that one. And what he said was "It's up to you" Go Get It.
How many kms was this loop?
Great job.💪
Seems you have a good trial background. curious to know your age, if you are not coquettish ;) . One of best Vride i ever saw !
Great effort and coverage mate! Well done! I noticed zooming at 18.00. Could I ask what camera you used?
Good work, can I ask what rear tyre you ran on the freeride?
Your bike sounds great. Tell us about your setup
90% DNF, WOW! It seemed so hard but you powered through! Still recovering? 😅
Trystan did 2 laps before second place did 1. That is crazy!!
Mate Killed it Big Effort Hate off to you
Can I ask How old you are
Big effort bud kicked arse
How old are you that was full on
More throttle fixes most problems
The down hill around 28 minutes looked steep on a go pro. What dat tell ya
do they make a gummy mich starcross tire? feel like a tire that absolutely roosts everyone behind you would be a huge advantage in this race lol
How is freeride keeping up with big bikes in situation like this? Which gear ratio back/front can you recommend on freeride for hard enduro?
you are bad ass. i cant do that.
What tyres you use for the wet rocks.
Where on the island is this? I’m from Victoria but live in Calgary now
Great job. I hope you are drinking and eating off camera for such a long , grueling event.
@midwestmx think you should save up and this soon lol😅
Are you on a freeride 250? Sorry you say that at 5 minute mark
Studded tires would really help.
not on the rock, nothing worse on stone. Other wise in the mu and root studs would bite good
