Sahil I have huge respect for u 💐💐💐but it’s not fair to do paid promotions from your side. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I agree that investment in the early stages can generate wealth but it’s possible with high ticket players what u mentioned but not retail investors. 🧨🧨🧨
The names u mentioned who invested in Ola, Nykaa , zomato….they buy the shares from company itself but not through these high price hiking brokers or platforms 👜👜👜
Now the unlisted shares business is big scam where these people are selling at very very very high prices. So buying unlisted shares is like buying black tickets. ☠️☠️☠️
Before IPO AGS trans is at 600 but IPO price is 150, policy bazar before IPO 2000 but IPO price is 980 n Paytm before IPO is up to 3700 but IPO price is 2150. 🪚🪚🪚
U think Reliance Retail comes to IPO at the price of 3000??? 🤔🤔🤔
Tata technology unlisted price is at 6000 but company offered buy back of 1980 so these unlisted markets selling at 3X price 🤭🤭🤭
There is no price regulation over for unlisted shares n they are selling at whatever they wish. So I request retail investors to stay away from unlisted shares.💣💣💣
Mark my words whatever price u buy the unlisted shares am sure you are buying at 50-70% extra price n u will incure at huge losses🕯🕯🕯

@@Ram-hy8nm Hi, I have only mentioned the platform. I never told to invest in a specific company. Yes, currently these stocks are costly. But that is due to IPO hype and bust. My goal is just to aware people about this option. At the end every person has to do their research. No matter whether it is a pre ipo stock or post ipo. And I have clearly mentioned both pros and cons in the video.

Hi Sahil, was happy to see such a thing. However, the share prices or valuations seems to be unjustifiable given the face value. IMHO the ipo price can be less than the quoted price. Can you please throw some light on fundamentals. Can be helpful to many. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Sahil Bro,
It was really a gr8 insight to know about private company investing. Thank You.
However, I have few queries & probably you too would have thought about.
    1. Is investing through this medium ( through LEADOFF) is legal as per SEBI?
    2. Whether the website itself is genuine. Have you done a thorough check about the credentials of LEADOFF before introducing to us (general public for investing)?
    3. If at all there is a sale of the listed entities on LEADOFF through any of the means told by you in your presentation, then would be the implications of TAXATION on the profits?
SUGGEST TO PLEASE SHARE YOUR VALUABLE INPUTS OF THE ABOVE & ANYTHING MORE WHICH YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE TO ENABLE US TO CONSIDER THE NEW WAY OF INVESTING

The best way to find that balance between saving and living is by investing. This way you get to have your saving intact and then live comfortably off the revenue coming in from your investments. Financial freedom is possible, you just need to know what to do and when to do it. I am a living testimony.

Investing in Private equity was only available to UHNI's and large institutions at a point in time. More importantly, the ticket sizes were massive and unfathomable. Leadoff has been established with the primary motto of making this market available to retail investors too with ticket sizes as low as INR 10,000. We facilitate access to these shares at the best market price and only charge 2% of the whole order value as the transaction fee. We entertain no other premiums or monthly charges or maintenance fees. Hope this answer helps.

Sahil I have huge respect for u 💐💐💐but it’s not fair to do paid promotions from your side. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I agree that investment in the early stages can generate wealth but it’s possible with high ticket players what u mentioned but not retail investors. 🧨🧨🧨
So Dear Sahil being good financial expert try to weigh pros n cons n save retail investors instead of doing paid promotions which make huge losses for retail investors 🙏🙏🙏

One doesn't really know when a particular company would go for an IPO. However, we recommend our users to stay up to date with the news revolving around their choice of company.

But it is big risk when we don't know valuation. When it goes public if share are listed in discount then it will be big loss to retail investors

Got a valuable piece of information from this video. Was looking for similar information for a long time from a reliable source. This is good for some diversification. But this grey market is very costly and prices are highly volatile and liquidity is less.

    One Doubt
In lead-off website for every company there is a certain price. Eg:- Pharmeasy - Price per share =49.
When it comes to IPO then also , the IPO price(not listing price) will be 49 only (or) will it change according to market ?
