@@shankarnath for example if we use zerodha demat. Will unlisted stock show up in their kite application. Or when they become listed in NSE will then they will reflect or not
It doesn't appear on Kite. However it shows on Console in red color. I have not tried this part yet of post-listing display. I got the confidence of trying unlisted shares only after Precize approached me and I'm happy the process of buying was smooth & the shares were in my DP account within 24 hours. Maybe you can check the Internet for more information on if & when the shares show up on Kite post listing
No, it's not regulated. Precize and similar platforms are pass-through intermediaries in the sense that they taken in an order & payment from the buyer on day 0 and aim to fulfil that order by day 2. I think nothing is "trustworthy" including the bank we keep our money, including the government who keeps our EPF money, or the companies whose shares we buy etc. But inspite of that, I choose to use banking, provident fund & share ownership services. Trust is a bit personal and you'll have to define your way of validating it. In my case, before I took up this promotional assignment I bought shares from the platform & everything was very smooth. Does it mean there can't be issues in the future? Absolutely not. But here's how I looked at it -- money invested on day 0 & shares received on day 2. Transaction done & dusted. Your views might me different from mine ofcourse, so please make up your mind accordingly.

Dear Shankar, I came across the requirement to have an NFO account while trying to buy unlisted shares in PRECISE.? Will normal savings accounts in India like SBI, HDFC can be used?
Hello. I didn't open some different account while applying in Precize. The online form asked for my demat account, PAN, Aadhaar and bank account -- then paid for the shares from my savings account. The entire process took less than 10 mins
Sir i ask one question that in video you show us in next day shares is credited in our depository account like they will be seen in any demat account after we buy it
Shankar sir, I heard from a friend that we need to declare our holdings of unlisted stocks while filing our income tax returns. Need to find out more details.
Hi Shankar sir, that was an amazing video on OTC. I have some queries: 1. How does the volume of total OTC shares managed? For ex: lets say ABC has 1 crore OTS stocks, so are all of them available via a single OTS platform like Precize or is it that different OTS platforms have different quota ? 2. If a share you're holding of an unlisted company goes public, how do you transact the already held OTS shares?
Thank you 1. No. Some sellers (say ex-employees) might approach broker A, other sellers (say promoter) might go to broker B. So different platforms will have different availability. If you are looking to buy in bulk, I'm sure these platforms will be happy to oblige & help you out 2. The shares are in your demat, you can sell them online
@@shankarnathSo if I use Zerodha for listed shares trading, will these shares bought via Precize show on my Zerodha dashboard post listing? Or will I have to sell them via Precize even after listing?

Will be very helpful if you could answer that....
Dear Ramkumar, It will not reflect in your portfolio as it's an unlisted share but in your demat holdings as well as in the Consolidated Account Statement of NSDL & CDSL. Only listed trading stocks in NSE & BSE will reflect in the Portfolio. For example - If you had any share in your portfolio that got delisted from the exchange will not reflect in the portfolio but reflect the same in the demat holdings. But once the unlisted bought share got listed in the exchange by IPO way, it will start reflecting in your portfolio.
R/Sir I had a query. If i buy unlisted shares by presize ap, and after 2 months it is listed on exchange, can I sell it on the listing day to get listing gain or I will have to wait for 6 months to sell it? If i have to wait for 6 months, then my listing gain may turn in to loss after 6 months.
Thanks for this valuable info..do you genuinely recommend buying unlisted stocks or is it because it’s a sponsored video pls advise? Which one is more genuine out of precize and incred?
Most welcome! If you've been following my videos for long and the newsletter, you'll notice I don't recommend anything. I have never recommended a stock, neither have I recommended a particular scheme -- my job is put forth the goods and bads as I have done in this video. Infact, someone at Precize pointed out that I had listed 2 advantages and 5 disadvantages -- but nice of them to have not tried to trim that part of the video Your 1st question carries an air of suspicion in it. The problem with suspicion, fear, mistrust & similar feelings is that one can't answer back convincingly. So unfortunately, I'll have to sit this one out. You can make your own conclusions. With re: Q2, I have not tried Incred .. and I definitely don't know what "genuine" means. Can you please be more specific?
@@shankarnath Thank you for your kind response..I truly believe that you are one of the most genuine RUclipsrs out there and share great education with retail investors like us to decide and I truly appreciate it. Sorry my intention is not to doubt your intentions. Hope you understand. My only worry is that suddenly there were sponsored videos from 3-4 RUclipsrs on the same topic..yours was sponsored by Precize and others were sponsored by Incred money..I just wanted to know that this could be a viable option for retail investors like me or it is meant for mainly HNIs. Can you pls guide on this and how if there will be liquidity always to sell these stocks if not listed in the future? Regarding my 2nd question, wanted to understand out of Precize and Incred money which one is better to sell the unlisted shares from liquidity point of view and will these fintechs survive longer term for long term investors as if they don’t then wondering how we will be able to sell the unlisted shares if they don’t go for IPO. Thank you!
Thanks for the kind words. Two points: 1. Every company markets its products and services .. and they prefer focussed marketing i.e. instead of 4 videos in 4 months, they do 4 videos in a week to reach a larger base & align internal resources accordingly. This is marketing 101 so you'll see similar video coming together 2. The RUclips algorithm works on bunching i.e. if you watch video on X topic, you're likely to see another video related to X topic. I'm sure you're observed that With re: unlisted shares, I have explained the pros and cons in the video. The platform is secondary -- one can buy online or offline or invest in a startup (I mentioned this aswell). My comfort in using an online platform comes from the fact that this is not like a trading account where I have a lakh or two lying around (that's a bigger risk). This case is more like a Zomato where I paid the money and within 48 hours I received the product (shares in my demat account) Will this app not shutdown or not go bankrupt or run away with customers money -- no one knows the answer to that including you & me. Finally, I guess one of the advantages of being in one's 40s is the ability to ignore the noise & shape the narrative. If one does it well there are no friends and foes, no likes and dislikes, no opinions and fears -- there's only one thing i.e. probability of success. This probability comes to me from research, experience, testing (I tried a 10k investment with Precize & it worked smoothly) and one's goals. It helps me ignore the suspicions, fears & mistrust of others (which is 80% of comments nowadays) With re: question 2 -- yes, Precize facilitates sale of pre-IPO shares for its customers within 24-48 hour timeframe. Again try it out -- buy some shares worth 10,000 rupees and after 10 days offer it back for sale. This won't be as smooth as buying (some comments have been saying that) but you'll know if your suspicions were justified or not -- and more importantly our fears will not be the decision-maker
I am new to this field. Can anyone tell me that if I buy shares of an unlisted company and when the company brings IPO then its price band is less than the unlisted shares, will I incur a loss?
Thx for the detailed video.. i have small doubt .. if one company stock price 100 in unlisted share period and what if that share comes with 50-60 range in IPO.. are we going to loss ?
Most welcome! Yes. IPO price can be lower or higher. Since it's equity -- market risk will always be there. Even after listing, the share price can go below IPO price (happens many times)

If I am holding unlisted shares on PRECIZE platform and once they are listed, suppose I want to sell them after a year, will I have go sell them fromPrecize Platform or I can sell from Groww app
That's why investing in them is dangerous just allocate a small amount let's say 2-3% of your total investment(in stock market) in this space in undervalued companies as most of the companies in this unlisted space are overvalued. That's why I have just invested 20k in unlisted market no more than that until I have too much capital to sit around
I am not seeing NSE in precize website. Any idea why it is not listed there?
Maybe no shares are available now. These shares come and go

hi, for buying pre ipo shares can i use my existing demat account in cdsl (through icici direct platform) and after buying pre ipo shares from precize will that reflect in demat account of icici direct?

I got the confidence of trying unlisted shares only after Precize approached me and I'm happy the process of buying was smooth & the shares were in my DP account within 24 hours. how much trustworthy is this platofrm precize? is it regulated?

Just One Question After Buying Share Through Precize...
When I Can Sell?
After Company Listed?
Or Is There Any Locking Period or Rule There?
I have also invested in Pre-IPOs, but with a different firm. I was initially scared as it was a grey market and SEBI might not be having control over it. But, as I invested in one of the companies, I am assured as the shares were transferred to my demat account and now I can see them in my portfolio. As of now, I have invested in 3 companies.

Hi Shankar sir, that was an amazing video on OTC. I have some queries:
Thank you
1. No. Some sellers (say ex-employees) might approach broker A, other sellers (say promoter) might go to broker B. So different platforms will have different availability. If you are looking to buy in bulk, I'm sure these platforms will be happy to oblige & help you out
2. The shares are in your demat, you can sell them online

Dear Ramkumar,
It will not reflect in your portfolio as it's an unlisted share but in your demat holdings as well as in the Consolidated Account Statement of NSDL & CDSL.
R/Sir
I had a query.
If i buy unlisted shares by presize ap, and after 2 months it is listed on exchange, can I sell it on the listing day to get listing gain or I will have to wait for 6 months to sell it?
If i have to wait for 6 months, then my listing gain may turn in to loss after 6 months.
Hello. I don't think you can sell so fast, lock-in periods might apply. Kindly discuss this with your broker
Infact, someone at Precize pointed out that I had listed 2 advantages and 5 disadvantages -- but nice of them to have not tried to trim that part of the video
Your 1st question carries an air of suspicion in it.
Two points:
1. Every company markets its products and services .. and they prefer focussed marketing i.e. instead of 4 videos in 4 months, they do 4 videos in a week to reach a larger base & align internal resources accordingly. This is marketing 101 so you'll see similar video coming together
2. The RUclips algorithm works on bunching i.e. if you watch video on X topic, you're likely to see another video related to X topic. I'm sure you're observed that
With re: unlisted shares, I have explained the pros and cons in the video. The platform is secondary -- one can buy online or offline or invest in a startup (I mentioned this aswell).
My comfort in using an online platform comes from the fact that this is not like a trading account where I have a lakh or two lying around (that's a bigger risk). This case is more like a Zomato where I paid the money and within 48 hours I received the product (shares in my demat account)
Will this app not shutdown or not go bankrupt or run away with customers money -- no one knows the answer to that including you & me.
It helps me ignore the suspicions, fears & mistrust of others (which is 80% of comments nowadays)
With re: question 2 -- yes, Precize facilitates sale of pre-IPO shares for its customers within 24-48 hour timeframe. Again try it out -- buy some shares worth 10,000 rupees and after 10 days offer it back for sale. This won't be as smooth as buying (some comments have been saying that) but you'll know if your suspicions were justified or not -- and more importantly our fears will not be the decision-maker
@@shankarnathMany thanks for this value information and insights! Appreciate!

Yes
I am new to this field. Can anyone tell me that if I buy shares of an unlisted company and when the company brings IPO then its price band is less than the unlisted shares, will I incur a loss?

Thx for the detailed video.. i have small doubt .. if one company stock price 100 in unlisted share period and what if that share comes with 50-60 range in IPO.. are we going to loss ?
Most welcome! Yes. IPO price can be lower or higher. Since it's equity -- market risk will always be there. Even after listing, the share price can go below IPO price (happens many times)
