I normally eat gherkins( tendli/ kundru) reluctantly, coz find it insipid.
But this was superlative....it was a - YEH DIL MAANGEY MORE type of a vegetable.
The gherkins were crisp and crunchy.
However, I used mustard oil while making it.
Super recipe.

This is exactly how i make my Tindora ki sabji. Lunch box ke liye bhi ideal hai, roti aur sabji, kisi aur chij ki jaroorat hi nahi.

Hi there, I tried this sabzi and it came out very well. However, I did not add garlic in the beginning and garam masala at the end as we don't like either, but even without these things, sabzi came out very well :)
