@@timluscombe6686 plug it in to a Windows PC! Or if you don’t have one plug it in to an Xbox! If you don’t have that try a PS2!
Brother I've had a pair of these for about 2 years now and they keep dying on me. I keep trying to turn them off, but I guess I've been factory resetting them instead (because I've been too lazy to look up how to actually do it). When you closed the one side and it shut off I nearly choked on my glass of TANG ( the astronaut drink not poon). Thank you for making this video for all of us dunce's out here. I did this a few days ago and had no problems it worked now i did it and they wont stop blinking no matter what i do it wont stop
This has to be the worst product ever created. It's an absolute piece of junk. I wouldn't pay $5 for it. I got one for free from a friend, but it's been nothing but frustrating. It took me forever just to figure out how to turn it on and off, and almost immediately upon figuring it out, it somehow got stuck in a completely non-responsive state. Apple's own support website gives the wrong reset instructions. They say to hold both the mode and volume down buttons simultaneously, but that never worked for me. I finally stumbled on your video, tried it with just the mode button, and it worked! Thank you so much. At least now I have some way of troubleshooting this garbage piece of sh... I mean, tech.

It did the blinking thing and went back into pairing mode, but then never showed up on my Bluetooth screen. Any tips?
If your beats were like mine and don’t blink nothing I plugged it into my Xbox I think a pc does the same but I used my Xbox the light actually turned red n just went off, i unplugged it and it immediately tried to connect to my phone, so hopefully this helps someone

i held down the button and it didnt even enter pairing mode or reset, it just stayed pure white without blinking nothing happened and i held it for like a minute

Still doesn’t fix the pairing. Meaning it will pair but still no sound. You have to plug them in and charge (even if it’s fully charge) to really get it working. And who carry around there charger when your at the gym. Apple you suck!!!!!
