i did all you tell me to do but after i been pressing for 8 seconds the ld lights started flashing and after a second he stopd and he keep showing me the red light .

My headphones only played in one ear while the jack was plugged in, but worked fine while in Bluetooth mode. This reset fixed the problem. THANK YOU!

Same. For me its the right side

This seems to be a problem for a lot of people because it’s the exact issue with me too, just one day the right side decided to give up

this works !!!! was trying too figure out how too connect my beats for 25 min and searched up how too reset beats and this came up thank you soo much lol now I can finally work out !!!!
My beats will charge, but won’t turn on. I’ve tried this and it doesn’t work or reset it. I can use the wire they gave me and it works, but it won’t turn on wirelessly.
Try plugging the headphones to your computer and launch Beats Updater to see if it needs to be updated.

Yesssss!!!! Haven’t been able to sue them for days! It shows up on 2/3 of my devices but won’t pair or reconnect to any of the ones that are already paired. Took me a few times but it worked! Thank you so much!

This worked for me better then the aluminum foil trick but I think I have a wire loose inside the head near the headphone jack Bc the left side keeps going out

Hi, I recommend checking to see if the headphones are up to date if the reset is unsuccessful. Also try resetting it while it's charging via power outlet. If it's up to date, I would reach out to Apple for more support.

Since yesterday my Solo 3 only connect and work only when they are folded, the reset is also possible in the folded position only.. When the headphones get unfolded, they instantly disconnect, pairing is not possible either. Is here any fix for that issue??
When I push the power button It does not respond at all, what should I do?
Charge it for a few hours (via power outlet) and try resetting it again. It may be an issue with the battery.

Hi - the reset worked for me (thanks) but when I plug them back in it still doesn't do anything, and when I press the power button it just blinks red. I have tried different charging ports and cables. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
Hi, I recommend checking to see if the headphones are up to date if the reset is unsuccessful. If the reset and the firmware update didn’t solve your problem, I recommend reaching out to Apple.

I need help so I just got these beats last Christmas and I like barley use them and they aren’t broken and I also only use Bluetooth on them but for some reason the sound keeps going in and out of one ear and I’m scared that it will eventually just stop working altogether and one ear won’t work pls help
