β° Set a timer for 5 minutes
Go between the throwing exercise we used on day 1 (RRRL or LLLR) and RRR LLL, using your fingers to crescendo each of the triple strokes.
π Exaggerate the finger flexion to strengthen your muscles. When playing regular doubles, your fingers will be more relaxed and supportive, and the notes more even.
