    ⏰ Set a timer for 5 minutes
    Go between the throwing exercise we used on day 1 (RRRL or LLLR) and RRR LLL, using your fingers to crescendo each of the triple strokes.
    πŸ‘† Exaggerate the finger flexion to strengthen your muscles. When playing regular doubles, your fingers will be more relaxed and supportive, and the notes more even.
